𝗦𝗲𝗲𝗸 𝗚𝗼𝗱 𝗙𝗶𝗿𝘀𝘁
𝗠𝗮𝘁𝘁𝗵𝗲𝘄 𝟲:𝟮𝟯
33 But seek first the kingdom of God and his righteousness, and all these things will be added to you.

Our daily routine has already been long established. When we open our eyes, we grab our phones, check emails and messages, scroll through social media, then finally get up. We begin our day relying mostly on ourselves, letting the “universe” decide how things will go. When we need to make decisions, we go to our parents, friends, or even strangers for opinions. We ask ourselves what’s best for us, what we want, and what makes us feel good.

There is nothing wrong with doing these things. But the Bible tells us to seek Him first—to talk to Him first and consult Him first. The small amount of time we give to God in the morning will not make our day more hectic or rushed. In fact, talking to Him the moment we open our eyes gives us security. Whatever we face throughout the day, we can be at peace knowing we started it with Him.

“Let me hear of Your steadfast love in the morning, for in You I put my trust…” (Psalm 143:8)

Trusting Him and letting Him lead our day—putting down ourselves and relying fully on Him—takes humility. And that is what God wants. It is also what we ought to do, because it pleases Him.
Full trust in Him requires great faith. It means He is the first One we consult, ask, and seek before we make decisions. It means we begin to ask: “Will this choice make Him happy?” So again, there is nothing wrong with our usual routines—but remember to seek, ask, and consult Him first.

Some have already failed once, or even twice, and now carry the fear of experiencing that pain again. In this episode, we share how these men confronted their fears and found the strength to overcome them by placing their trust in the Lord.

2 𝘛𝘩𝘦𝘳𝘦𝘧𝘰𝘳𝘦 𝘸𝘦 𝘸𝘪𝘭𝘭 𝘯𝘰𝘵 𝘧𝘦𝘢𝘳, 𝘵𝘩𝘰𝘶𝘨𝘩 𝘵𝘩𝘦 𝘦𝘢𝘳𝘵𝘩 𝘨𝘪𝘷𝘦 𝘸𝘢𝘺 𝘢𝘯𝘥 𝘵𝘩𝘦 𝘮𝘰𝘶𝘯𝘵𝘢𝘪𝘯𝘴 𝘧𝘢𝘭𝘭 𝘪𝘯𝘵𝘰 𝘵𝘩𝘦 𝘩𝘦𝘢𝘳𝘵 𝘰𝘧 𝘵𝘩𝘦 𝘴𝘦𝘢,

When the winds blow heavily, the rain never stops, the mountains collapse, and the land shakes badly—fear strikes our heart. We become anxious about what might happen, scared for the lives of our family, fearful of what comes next.

In these devastating times, where some of us lost everything due to calamities that hit our communities, tragedies that hurt most of the people, and circumstances that wiped everything we had, there’s no doubt that fear is one of the feelings we will feel.

𝘞𝘩𝘢𝘵 𝘪𝘧 𝘵𝘩𝘦 𝘤𝘰𝘶𝘳𝘴𝘦 𝘰𝘧 𝘰𝘶𝘳 𝘭𝘪𝘷𝘦𝘴 𝘤𝘩𝘢𝘯𝘨𝘦𝘴?
𝘞𝘩𝘢𝘵 𝘪𝘧 𝘐 𝘤𝘢𝘯’𝘵 𝘴𝘵𝘢𝘯𝘥 𝘶𝘱 𝘢𝘨𝘢𝘪𝘯?
𝘞𝘩𝘢𝘵 𝘪𝘧 𝘐 𝘸𝘪𝘭𝘭 𝘩𝘢𝘷𝘦 𝘯𝘰𝘵𝘩𝘪𝘯𝘨?
𝘞𝘩𝘢𝘵 𝘪𝘧 𝘵𝘩𝘦 𝘸𝘪𝘯𝘥 𝘯𝘦𝘷𝘦𝘳 𝘴𝘵𝘰𝘱𝘴?
𝘞𝘩𝘢𝘵 𝘪𝘧 𝘵𝘩𝘦 𝘴𝘵𝘰𝘳𝘮𝘴 𝘪𝘯 𝘮𝘦 𝘴𝘵𝘢𝘺?

God is reminding us that 𝗛𝗲 𝗶𝘀 𝗶𝗻 𝗰𝗼𝗻𝘁𝗿𝗼𝗹.
Psalm 46:10
“𝘽𝙚 𝙨𝙩𝙞𝙡𝙡, 𝙖𝙣𝙙 𝙠𝙣𝙤𝙬 𝙩𝙝𝙖𝙩 𝙄 𝙖𝙢 𝙂𝙤𝙙.”

He orchestrated everything in this universe—from the earth not being too near or too far from the sun, from the stars that shine brightly at night, to the mountains that stand tall—even up to the storms we face right now.

The good thing is, 𝗛𝗲 𝗰𝗼𝗺𝗺𝗮𝗻𝗱𝗲𝗱 𝘂𝘀 𝘁𝗼 𝗯𝗲 𝘀𝘁𝗶𝗹𝗹, 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗷𝘂𝘀𝘁 𝗵𝗮𝘃𝗲 𝗳𝗮𝗶𝘁𝗵.
𝗕𝗲 𝘀𝘁𝗶𝗹𝗹 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝘁𝗿𝘂𝘀𝘁.
𝗕𝗲 𝘀𝘁𝗶𝗹𝗹 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗸𝗻𝗼𝘄 𝘁𝗵𝗮𝘁 𝗛𝗲 𝗶𝘀 𝗼𝘂𝗿 𝗚𝗼𝗱.

𝙎𝙤 𝙚𝙫𝙚𝙣 𝙞𝙛 𝙩𝙝𝙚 𝙬𝙤𝙧𝙨𝙩 𝙝𝙖𝙥𝙥𝙚𝙣𝙨,
𝙬𝙚 𝙘𝙖𝙣 𝙝𝙤𝙡𝙙 𝙤𝙣 𝙩𝙤 𝙩𝙝𝙚 𝙩𝙧𝙪𝙩𝙝 𝙩𝙝𝙖𝙩 𝙃𝙞𝙨 𝙥𝙡𝙖𝙣𝙨 𝙖𝙧𝙚 𝙛𝙤𝙧 𝙤𝙪𝙧 𝙜𝙤𝙤𝙙.
𝙀𝙫𝙚𝙣 𝙞𝙛 𝙚𝙫𝙚𝙧𝙮𝙩𝙝𝙞𝙣𝙜 𝙖𝙧𝙤𝙪𝙣𝙙 𝙪𝙨 𝙨𝙝𝙖𝙠𝙚𝙨,
𝙃𝙚 𝙧𝙚𝙢𝙖𝙞𝙣𝙨 𝙨𝙩𝙚𝙖𝙙𝙮.
𝙀𝙫𝙚𝙣 𝙞𝙛 𝙛𝙚𝙖𝙧 𝙩𝙧𝙞𝙚𝙨 𝙩𝙤 𝙤𝙫𝙚𝙧𝙬𝙝𝙚𝙡𝙢 𝙪𝙨,
𝙂𝙤𝙙 𝙞𝙨 𝙬𝙞𝙩𝙝 𝙪𝙨.
𝘼𝙣𝙙 𝙚𝙫𝙚𝙣 𝙬𝙝𝙚𝙣 𝙬𝙚 𝙛𝙤𝙧𝙜𝙚𝙩,
𝙃𝙞𝙨 𝙡𝙤𝙫𝙚 𝙣𝙚𝙫𝙚𝙧 𝙛𝙖𝙞𝙡𝙨.

𝘼𝘿𝙑𝙄𝙎𝙊𝙍𝙔!

Due to the unforeseen weather forecast regarding the possible typhoon that may affect Northern to Central Luzon, our fellowship will be moved to 𝐍𝐨𝐯𝐞𝐦𝐛𝐞𝐫 16, 2025.

Let us continue to pray for protection and safety as the typhoon approaches — for our communities, our families, and for those who may be affected. 𝙈𝙖𝙮 𝙂𝙤𝙙 𝙘𝙤𝙫𝙚𝙧 𝙚𝙫𝙚𝙧𝙮 𝙝𝙤𝙢𝙚 𝙖𝙣𝙙 𝙚𝙫𝙚𝙧𝙮 𝙡𝙞𝙛𝙚 𝙞𝙣 𝙤𝙪𝙧 𝙣𝙖𝙩𝙞𝙤𝙣.

Daniel 3:17-18
17 If we are thrown into the blazing furnace, the God we serve is able to deliver us from it, and he will deliver us [a] from Your Majesty’s hand. 18 But even if he does not, we want you to know, Your Majesty, that we will not serve your gods or worship the image of gold you have set up.

Trusting the Lord that He will give the desires of our heart motivates, inspires, and encourages us to move forward, to fight, and to live.

But what if it will not happen? What if what we want to happen will not happen? What if God’s answer to our prayers is a big “no”?

Trusting a “no” is not an easy task to do. Trusting the fact that we will not get the answer we want or the prayer we prayed takes real courage and faith — the kind of faith that stays firm even when our plans fall apart, even when the answer we hoped for never arrives.

Because true trust is not only believing that God can, but continuing to believe even if He doesn’t. A complete surrender to the Lord that whatever His answer may be, that whatever happens, that even if we will be thrown into the burning furnace like Shadrach, Meshach, and Abednego, even if it hurts, our trust, hope, and faith will remain in Him.
