Lent and Holy Week 2026

From Ordinary Time, we prepare our hearts to journey through Lent toward renewal and new life in Christ.

Lent will begin on Ash Wednesday, February 18, 2026, and will end on the evening of Holy Thursday, April 2, 2026.

Holy Week will be observed from March 29 to April 4, 2026, leading us to the celebration of Easter Sunday on April 5, 2026.

A sacred time of prayer, fasting, repentance, and hope as we journey with Christ toward the Resurrection.

We are very much happy to the Lord for being faithful and making you one of the fishers of men, it is our prayer that the good Lord keep filling you with the knowledge of truth as you bless more people in the vineyard of the Lord.

Fr. Orlan, thank you for being a father, brother, friend, mentor, and most of all, a priest to all of us. Thank you for letting us know there is always time to do right in this world and enjoy the hereafter. Your homilies, faith, and conduct have inspired us in many ways. You have shown an excellent example to all of us in your ministry and have remained steadfast in your service to the parish.

PANININDIGAN PARA SA BAYAN
Sa gitna ng lahat ng katiwalian at pang-aabuso, naninindigan ang Diocesis ng Cabanatuan kasama ng sambayanang Pilipino: Wakasan ang pagnanakaw sa kaban ng bayan! Ang yaman ng bayan ay para sa tao, hindi para sa bulsa ng iilan.

Sa araw na ito ng Paninindigan Laban sa Katiwalian, hinihikayat ang lahat ng magsuot ng puti sa maghapon, magtali ng mga puting laso sa tarangkahan ng mga bahay at sa mga sasakyan, tumunghay sa mga nagaganap na mga kilos protesta at makinig sa mga pahayag. Manalangin tayo para sa ating bansa, at ipalanalangin natin ang bawat isa na kumilos upang mapanagot nating sama-sama ang mga tiwaling tao na nagnanakaw sa kaban ng ating bayan. Gawin natin ito bilang isang mensahe at babala sa mga gumagawa ng katiwalian at pag-aabuso sa bayan.
