Good Friday is coming and kumpisalan Bayan. so please better get a piece of paper and examine your conscience. Its simple just Google examination of conscience Catholic. There you will the 10 commandment . So for example if you accused someone that has no proof he did it. Write down the following

Father i committed a mortal sin because i bear false witnesses against my neighbor or friend.

Then don't forget to end your confession saying
I also want to ask God's pardon to all my sin of omissions and those sins i can no longer recall because of my old age. Amen.

If you have not gone to confession for a long time better tell the priest in the beginning like this.

Blessed me Father for i have sinned my last confession was 40 years ago

So the priest can guide you.

Pray to Mama Mary to help you make a good confession.
After writing it on the Paper go to confession and read it in front of the priest so you won't forget. Then shred the paper after confession. Note all of This is just a suggestion. God bless you all.
