Yesterday, August 31, 2026, we lost one of the kindest souls our church ever had.

Our Kuya, our Sir, our very active and beloved organist, passed away due to an accident. It's still so hard to believe.

He was a role model to all of us β€” to the youth, to the choir, to everyone who knew him. Always smiling, always patient, always ready to help. He never asked for anything in return, he just served with his whole heart.

Kuya/Sir, thank you. Thank you for the countless masses you played for, for the hymns that brought us closer to God, for your kindness that made our church feel like a family. Your music may have stopped yesterday, but the love and legacy you left will play in our hearts forever.

Our church will never be the same without you. The organ will be silent, but your memory will be our loudest song.

Rest in eternal peace, Kuya. We love you so much. Please guide us and continue playing music for us from heaven. πŸ•ŠοΈπŸ™

A day of prayer, thanksgiving, food, laughter, and blessings.

Yesterday was all about bayanihan πŸ’ͺ
Our youth spent the day with the nanay's at the chapel β€” sweeping, cleaning, and working together to put up colorful banderitas along the streets.
Every flag, every smile, every shared laugh was for one reason: to prepare our hearts and our streets for the Fiesta of Sr. San Roque.
This is what fiesta is really about. Not just the celebration, but the people who come together to serve.
