๐น๐๐๐: In todayโs world where everybody seems to be already comfortable doing sin, and worldly lies are now being accepted as truth, the reality of Jesus - who He is and the things He has done and can do is now being overshadowed. This is no season for โhiddenโ Christians. More than the need to be heard, we must be seen and be felt by the world that is slowly turning away its eyes on Jesus. ๐๐ฎ๐ซ ๐ฅ๐ข๐ฏ๐๐ฌ, ๐ฆ๐จ๐ซ๐ ๐ญ๐ก๐๐ง ๐ญ๐ก๐ ๐ฐ๐จ๐ซ๐๐ฌ ๐ฐ๐ ๐ฌ๐๐ฒ, ๐ฆ๐ฎ๐ฌ๐ญ ๐ซ๐๐๐ฅ๐๐๐ญ ๐ฐ๐ก๐จ ๐๐ ๐ข๐ฌ. From our grandest duties, daily activities, our home, our ministry, character and attitude, morals, discipline, relationships, in our talents, on social media, to the simplest task we do โ all of these, the entirety of who we are must breathe out the truth of who Jesus is. Matthew 5:14-16 says,
14 โYou are the light of the world. A town built on a hill cannot be hidden. 15 Neither do people light a lamp and put it under a bowl. Instead they put it on its stand, and it gives light to everyone in the house. 16 In the same way, ๐ฅ๐๐ญ ๐ฒ๐จ๐ฎ๐ซ ๐ฅ๐ข๐ ๐ก๐ญ ๐ฌ๐ก๐ข๐ง๐ ๐๐๐๐จ๐ซ๐ ๐จ๐ญ๐ก๐๐ซ๐ฌ, ๐ญ๐ก๐๐ญ ๐ญ๐ก๐๐ฒ ๐ฆ๐๐ฒ ๐ฌ๐๐ ๐ฒ๐จ๐ฎ๐ซ ๐ ๐จ๐จ๐ ๐๐๐๐๐ฌ ๐๐ง๐ ๐ ๐ฅ๐จ๐ซ๐ข๐๐ฒ ๐ฒ๐จ๐ฎ๐ซ ๐

This passage is not merely an encouragement or a choice, but Jesus is directly telling us that โ๐ฐ๐ ๐๐ซ๐โ the light of this darkened world. If we receive Him who is the ultimate Light, we donโt just become light receivers but purposely, we are light givers โ this is who we are; this is how we must be. ๐๐จ๐ญ ๐๐จ๐ซ ๐ญ๐ก๐ ๐ฐ๐จ๐ซ๐ฅ๐ ๐ญ๐จ ๐ฌ๐๐ ๐ฎ๐ฌ, ๐๐ฎ๐ญ ๐ญ๐จ ๐ฌ๐๐ ๐๐๐ฌ๐ฎ๐ฌ ๐ข๐ง ๐ฎ๐ฌ.
