Jesus reminds us that we have responsibilities both as citizens of this world and as children of God. We are called to fulfill our duties honestly, respect rightful authority, and contribute to the common good. At the same time, we must never forget that our lives, hearts, and souls belong first and foremost to God.

While money and material things may bear the image of earthly rulers, we bear the image of God. Therefore, we are called to give Him not just a portion of our lives, but our whole selves—our love, obedience, worship, and trust. May we live each day with integrity, faithfully carrying out our earthly responsibilities while keeping God at the center of everything we do. 🙏✨

This verse reminds us that God is our safe place in every season of life. When challenges, fears, and uncertainties surround us, we can find shelter in His loving presence. Just as a fortress provides protection from danger, God guards and strengthens those who put their trust in Him.

Trusting God does not mean we will never face difficulties, but it means we are never alone in them. His faithfulness becomes our security, His promises our hope, and His presence our peace. Today, may we confidently place our lives in His hands, knowing that He is our refuge, our strength, and our unfailing protector. 🙏✨

Another blessed Light Group session was held at the residence of our dear sister, Flordeliza Dalogdog, in Brgy. Bading, Butuan City. Moments like these remind us that God continues to work in every life, bringing hope, healing, and spiritual growth through His Word and through one another.

We thank the Lord for the opportunity to gather as one family in Christ and for the warm hospitality extended by Sister Flordeliza. May these Light Group sessions continue to strengthen our faith, deepen our relationship with God, and inspire us to be a light to others wherever we are. 🙏

Jesus responded this way because the religious leaders were more interested in challenging Him than sincerely seeking the truth. Their hearts were closed, and they refused to acknowledge God's work before them.

This passage reminds us that understanding God's will requires humility and an open heart. When we approach God with genuine faith and a desire to obey, He reveals His truth to us. But when pride, doubt, or self-interest take control, we can miss what God is doing in our lives.

May we seek the Lord with sincerity, trusting His authority and allowing His wisdom to guide our decisions each day. 🙏✨

Mark 11:24 reminds us that prayer is not just about asking, but about trusting God completely. Jesus teaches us to pray with faith, believing that God hears every sincere desire of our hearts. Sometimes answers may not come immediately or in the way we expect, yet God always responds according to His perfect will and timing. Faith in prayer means surrendering our worries, doubts, and fears to Him, knowing that He is able to provide what is best for us. When we pray with confidence and a heart anchored in God, we learn to live in hope, peace, and deeper trust in His promises.

In Matthew 26:38, The Gospel of Matthew reveals the humanity of Jesus Christ as He faced deep sorrow and suffering before His crucifixion. Even in His pain, Jesus chose to pray and asked His disciples to stay and keep watch with Him. This reminds us that moments of weakness, sadness, and fear are part of being human, and we do not have to face them alone.

The verse also teaches us the importance of staying faithful in times of trial. Just as Jesus sought the presence and support of His friends, we are called to stand beside others in their struggles through prayer, comfort, and encouragement. In our own moments of sorrow, we can trust that God understands our pain and remains with us, giving us strength to endure.

Today’s gathering of the Jewels Light Group was truly a meaningful and spirit-filled fellowship. Every shared experience, every testimony, and every blessing became a beautiful reminder of God’s faithfulness and goodness in the lives of each member.

As everyone opened their hearts and shared their journeys, struggles, victories, and answered prayers, it became evident that God is continuously working in wonderful ways. The gathering was not only a time of fellowship but also a moment of encouragement, inspiration, and renewed faith.

May the Jewels Light Group continue to shine brightly as instruments of God’s love, bringing encouragement and spiritual growth to one another. To God be all the glory!
