HUMAN EMOTION FROM A DISTANCE: I'M CRYING UP TO HEAVEN.
For several months I've been silent. I only met him at the FB and skype. Since then I connected him to some of my friends in the social networking whom one of them become his lover. I bestowed my trust to him believing that he is a good man. On his wall today, he recklessly posted in this manner: "He (that is yours truly) is ONE of the person who find me a job in Thailand". I'm ONE of his friends? He got nothing and no one to turned to when he come to Thailand. His lover got no connections to schools but instead he used my friend whom I treated a big brother for him to be employed in the school. He got no teaching experience nor adequate qualification from the Philippines. He come to Thailand with NOBODY and NO ONE except his non-connected Thai lover. WHY HE INSISTED HIS FRIENDSHIP ON ME WHEN I REALIZED THAT WE CANNOT BE GOOD FRIENDS? I said to him on the phone: "I DON'T WANT YOU TO BE ONE OF MY FRIENDS (meaning: I DON'T NEED YOUR FRIENDSHIP). And worst of all, he accuses me of being arrogant and run into a stiff competition with "others (whoever they are)." I'm not delving a series of COMPETITION for I AM SECURE BEFORE THE LORD GOD WHO GIVE WISDOM AND STRENGTH. IS THIS WHAT I REAP FROM HELPING HIM? IF I am arrogant, I will not let him come to Thailand via my set of foreign friends, stay in my house, and searched for a decent job for him. I AM JUST ACTING AS GOOD SAMARITAN TO HIM. He is demanding (threatening me that If he is not included in a short (basic) English communication courses program in Yasothon, he will no longer keep in touch with me. I DID A LOT OF COVER UP FOR HIS DOCUMENTS and insisted that HE IS A GOOD TEACHER (I hope he does). I don't like him to be my friend because he insisted his culture in a foreign land with no proper protocol and diplomatic channeling. I am SLEEPING when he made an EXCESSIVE NOISES in my house in the MIDDLE OF THE NIGHT without DUE RESPECT nor GOOD DISCERNMENT that I HAVE WORK A DAY AFTER TOMORROW. He is a person who don't listen and insisted his thoughts and convictions EVEN IF SQUARELY FALLACIOUS!!! Yet, he accuses me a lot with malign allegations against my person. His friends take side in his unbalanced posting at FB wall. In the social networking, WE MUST BE FAIR as well as REASONABLE. For I hold the view: "We ask questions or raise a point of information to peret out the truth and clear any preconceived ideas. Sad, some people here make any comment on any social networking without delving nor seeking the veracity of their testimony posted at individual wall. Thereby, they take SIDES without REASON!!!"
