Maraming mga Pastor ang bumagsak hindi dahil kulang sila sa anointing.
Bumagsak sila dahil unti-unti nilang binalewala ang kanilang boundaries.
Hindi ito nangyari nang isang gabi lang.
Madalas, nagsimula ito sa maliliit na compromises na kalaunan ay naging dahilan ng malaking pagbagsak.
8 boundaries na dapat bantayan ng bawat mga Pastor:
1️⃣ INGATAN ANG IYONG EMOTIONAL LIFE ❤️
Ang puso at emosyon mo ay hindi para sa opposite s*x.
— Para ito sa iyong asawa.
Maging alerto kapag ang simpleng pagiging close ay nagiging delikado na.
Nagsisimula ito sa:
**Mahahabang private conversations
**Sobrang personal na kwentuhan
**Pakiramdam na mas naiintindihan ka ng ibang tao kaysa ng asawa mo
Bantayan kung sino ang may access sa puso mo.
2️⃣ HUWAG MANGHIRAM NG PERA SA MGA MEMBERS
Hindi lahat ng church members ay pareho ng pananaw.
Hindi lahat maiintindihan ang sitwasyon ng pastor kapag kapos sa pera.
Huwag ilagay ang sarili sa posisyon na may member na may financial leverage sa buhay o mga desisyon mo.
3️⃣ MATUTONG MAGSABI NG “NO” ✋
Sabihin mong No kung:
**Kahina-hinala ang regalo.
**May babaeng gustong magbigay ng property nang hindi alam ng asawa niya.
**May pekeng pastor na nag-iimbita sa’yo.
Ang minister na hindi marunong tumanggi ay darating ang araw na sasang-ayon sa maling bagay.
At maaaring iyon ang ikasira ng lahat.
Matutong mag-discern. Matutong tumanggi.
4️⃣ HUWAG MONG AKALAING IKAW ANG TAGAPAGLIGTAS NG LAHAT 🤝
Hindi mo kayang pasanin ang lahat.
Hindi mo masasagot ang bawat tawag.
Hindi mo masosolusyunan ang bawat problema ng bawat pamilya.
Maraming minister ang nauubos dahil hindi sila marunong magsabing:
“Hindi muna ako available.”
Tandaan:
Ang pagpapahinga ay spiritual din.
5️⃣ IWASAN ANG COUNSELING SA MGA SITWASYONG MAAARING MAGDULOT NG KOMPROMISO 🚪
Huwag mag-counsel ng opposite s*x nang kayong dalawa lang sa:
**Pribadong apartment
**Sasakyan
**Liblib na lugar
**O dis-oras ng gabi
Protektahan ang sarili mo hindi lang laban sa tukso…
Kundi pati laban sa maling akusasyon.
Kahit si Jesus, kadalasan ay nagmi-minister sa harap ng maraming tao.
6️⃣ HUWAG PAYAGAN ANG DISHONOR 👑
Mahalin ang mga tao nang tapat.
Pero iwasan ang sobrang familiarity.
Kapag nawawala ang healthy respect sa leadership, kadalasang sumusunod ang dishonor.
Puwedeng maging approachable ang minister…
Nang hindi nawawala ang tamang respeto.
7️⃣ INGATAN ANG IYONG PRIVATE LIFE 🏡
Hindi lahat ng problema sa pamilya ay kailangang ibahagi sa pulpito.
Hindi lahat ng personal na revelation ay dapat gawing public content.
May mga minister na nasisira ang tahanan dahil sobra ang personal exposure.
Ang privacy ay hindi pagtatago. Ito ay karunungan.
8️⃣ INGATAN ANG PRAYER AT STUDY LIFE 📖🙏
Hindi mo maibibigay ang wala ka na.
Kapag paminsan-minsan na lang ang prayer at pag-aaral ng Word of God...
Unti-unting nagiging performance ang ministry.
Protektahan mo ang oras mo sa Diyos gaya ng pagprotekta mo sa iyong reputasyon.
Dahil pareho silang maaaring masira kapag napabayaan.
Tandaan: Ang ministry ay hindi lang tungkol sa gifting.
Mas tumatagal ang minister na marunong maglagay ng tamang boundaries kaysa sa minister na umaasa lang sa kanyang talento.
Ang boundaries ay hindi limitasyon sa calling mo. Proteksyon ito para magtagal ka sa ministry. 🙏

The Story of How Pastor Mark Encountered God 🙌

Before becoming a pastor, Pastor Mark was once an ordinary man with his own struggles, questions, and uncertainties in life. Like many of us, he went through seasons where he felt lost and unsure of his purpose.

But everything changed when he had a personal encounter with God. In a moment of surrender when his heart was open and seeking God revealed Himself in a powerful and life changing way. That encounter was not just emotional, but transformational. It awakened his faith, renewed his spirit, and gave him a clear calling.

From that day on, Pastor Mark chose to follow God wholeheartedly. The journey was not easy there were trials, sacrifices, and challenges but his faith remained strong. God continued to mold him, strengthen him, and guide him every step of the way.

Through obedience and perseverance, Pastor Mark answered God’s call into ministry. What started as a personal encounter became a lifelong mission to serve, to lead, and to share God’s Word with others.

Today, his life stands as a testimony that no matter where you come from, God can change your story and use you for His greater purpose. 🙌
