From the very first day of our Anniversary, Holy Cross Parish has been filled with life, prayer, and joy. We remember the vibrant activities that brought us closer as one family. The solemn masses and spiritual retreats that nourished our souls, the community gatherings and feasts that strengthened our bonds, the outreach programs that showed our love for others, and the various events that showcased the talent and dedication of our parishioners.

Every activity, every gathering, and every moment shared was a celebration of our history and our unity. This year was not just about celebration, it was about remembering where we came from, cherishing who we are now, and preparing for the journey ahead.

As we culminate this historic year, may the light of the Holy Cross continue to guide us, bless us, and keep us united in faith for many more years to come. All glory and honor be to God!

As we reach the end of our Diamond Anniversary celebration, we look back with deep gratitude to God for the incredible journey of Holy Cross Parish. This sacred place has stood not just as a building of stone and mortar, but as a true home for the faithful, a sanctuary of peace, and a beacon of hope for all who seek God.

From its humble beginnings, Holy Cross Parish was founded on the strong foundation of faith and the vision of dedicated shepherds who wished to spread the Gospel. Year after year, generation after generation, our parish grew, nurturing vocations, celebrating the sacraments, and building a community united by love. Through changing times, challenges, and triumphs, the Holy Cross has remained our symbol of salvation and our source of strength.

We honor the memory of the priests, religious sisters, and lay leaders who came before us, whose sweat, prayers, and sacrifices paved the way for what we enjoy today. We thank the families who have worshipped here, raised their children in the faith, and served with joyful hearts. Every brick tells a story, and every soul who entered these doors has become part of our living history.

LANTAWA | Sa diwa sa pagtinabangay ug pag-amuma sa isigkatawo, malampusong nagpahigayon ang usa ka bayanihan alang sa Tadena Family sa Barangay Basag niadtong Abril 18, 2026. Nahiusa ang kusog ug kasingkasing sa buhatan sa LGU–Barangay Council, Social Action sa Diocese of Butuan, ug mga lay ministers sa Holy Cross Parish Ampayon aron matukuran sila og bag-ong panimalay.

Kini nga paningkamot nagpamatuod nga sa dihang maghiusa ang komunidad, walay imposible. Ang matag lansang nga gipukpok ug matag kahoy nga gipahimutang puno sa paglaum ug gugma alang sa usa ka pamilya nga nanginahanglan.

Padayon kita sa pagpakita sa lawum nga Diwa sa bayanihan- usa ka buhing timaan sa atong pagtuo nga gihimo pinaagi sa buhat.
