Today, as we begin the month dedicated to the Most Holy Rosary, the image of our Blessed Mother was brought in pilgrimage to Sta. Rita de Cascia Chapel, Pangabugan, marking the start of the annual “Duaw ni Maria” to the different chapels under our parish.

With hearts full of devotion, we entrust our prayers and intentions to Mary, our Mother, who always leads us closer to Christ, her Son. May this journey of prayer through the Rosary strengthen our faith, unite our families, and bring peace to our community.

Corruption bleeds our nation dry, stealing from the poor, mocking justice, and spitting on truth. As stewards of God’s gifts, we cannot remain silent.

On September 21, the Roman Catholic Diocese of Butuan will STAND in prayer and accountability. Let us WEAR WHITE at MASS, a sign that we reject the darkness of greed and demand transparency, justice, and peace.

Friends, this is not just about anger it is about standing up for what is right. For where there is corruption, the cry of God’s people is loud: NO MORE!
