Una sa lahat, sa Panginoon ang lahat ng papuri at pasasalamat sa matagumpay na outdoor fellowship na ito!

Maraming salamat sa lahat ng sumuporta, nag-host, nag-organize, nagpalaro, tumulong, at naging bahagi ng fellowship na ito. Malaki ang naging bahagi ng bawat isa sa tagumpay ng ating activity.

Sa lahat ng naglaan ng oras, effort, at resources, Panginoon na po ang bahalang magbalik ng pagpapala sa inyong lahat.

𝐀 𝐆𝐋𝐈𝐌𝐏𝐒𝐄 | 𝐖𝐞𝐞𝐤 𝟐 𝐨𝐟 𝐁𝐚𝐩𝐭𝐢𝐬𝐭 𝐃𝐢𝐬𝐭𝐢𝐧𝐜𝐭𝐢𝐯𝐞 𝐌𝐨𝐧𝐭𝐡

We are now on Week 2 of our Baptist Distinctive Month this August. It was another blessed Sunday of learning and growing in the Word of God.

During the Morning Service, Pastor James Gilbuela continued the message “𝗦𝗶𝗻𝗼 𝗔𝗸𝗼 𝗕𝗶𝗹𝗮𝗻𝗴 𝗕𝗮𝗽𝘁𝗶𝘀𝘁? — 𝗣𝗮𝗿𝘁 𝟮” We learned that as Baptists, we are called to be a 𝗦𝗲𝗽𝗮𝗿𝗮𝘁𝗲𝗱 𝗪𝗶𝘁𝗻𝗲𝘀𝘀. We do not simply follow the culture just to reach the culture. Instead, we stand apart so that our lives can point people to Christ.

We were also reminded to be 𝗦𝘁𝗲𝘄𝗮𝗿𝗱𝘀 𝗼𝗳 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗨𝗻𝗰𝗼𝗺𝗽𝗿𝗼𝗺𝗶𝘀𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗚𝗼𝘀𝗽𝗲𝗹. We must hold firmly to the pure Word of God and not allow the ideas of the world to change what we believe.

We also learned to be 𝗖𝗼𝗻𝘁𝗲𝗻𝘁 𝗶𝗻 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗠𝗮𝘀𝘁𝗲𝗿'𝘀 𝗔𝘀𝘀𝗶𝗴𝗻𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁. We do not need a famous position or recognition. What matters is that we faithfully do the work that God has given us.

Lastly, we were reminded to be 𝗙𝗮𝗶𝘁𝗵𝗳𝘂𝗹 𝘂𝗻𝘁𝗼 𝗗𝗲𝗮𝘁𝗵. Throughout history, many Baptists remained faithful to God even in times of suffering and persecution. They chose to stand for their faith and obey God rather than compromise.

In the Afternoon Service, we continued our study of “𝗧𝗵𝗲 𝗧𝗿𝗮𝗶𝗹 𝗼𝗳 𝗕𝗹𝗼𝗼𝗱,” learning more about Baptist history and the people who stood firmly for their faith.

May this Baptist Distinctive Month help us understand more about who we are as Baptists and encourage us to remain faithful to God's Word.

𝗣𝗔.𝗧.𝗛. – 𝗣𝗿𝗲𝗽𝗮𝗿𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗔𝗵𝗲𝗮𝗱 𝗧𝗵𝗿𝗼𝘂𝗴𝗵 𝗛𝗶𝘀 𝗪𝗶𝗹𝗹

Today, we successfully conducted P.A.T.H. (Preparing Ahead Through His Will) with Instructor: Ma'am Cristine Mahinay.

The purpose of this session was to help our young people prepare for the career path God may be leading them to. Through an overview of the different Senior High School strands, college programs, and possible career opportunities, they gained valuable insights and a better understanding of the choices that lie ahead.

We pray that this activity has encouraged every participant to seek God's wisdom as they make decisions for their future. May they continue to trust His perfect plan and walk confidently in the path He has prepared for them.
