"Then the Lord God formed a man from the dust of the ground..." — Genesis 2:7

What a powerful message last Sunday! We looked at how God takes the broken, ordinary pieces of our lives and turns them into something extraordinary.

God specializes in moving us from nothingness to usefulness, and from insignificance to honor. While dust reminds us of our humble mortality, it also reminds us of the Master Potter's incredible design.

Scars are proof that a wound has healed. Spiritually, our scars are our testimony. They prove that what the enemy used to break us, God used to build us.

No matter how dusty or scarred you feel this week, remember: you are safe in the hands of the One who heals and restores.

“The New Birth”
📖 John 3:3, 5, 7

Jesus reminds us that being born again is not physical, but spiritual. Before Christ, we were dead in our trespasses and sins, living in darkness. But through repentance and faith in the Gospel, the Holy Spirit makes us alive in Christ. 🙏

To be born again means experiencing a transformed life — leaving behind our old ways and walking in the new life God has prepared for us. We are no longer bound by darkness because in Christ, we are made new.

“Very truly I tell you, no one can see the kingdom of God unless they are born again.” — John 3:3

No matter your past, God’s grace is able to restore, renew, and give you a fresh start.

God is accessible and responsive to His people.

“Call to Me and I will answer you and tell you great and unsearchable things you do not know.” — Jeremiah 33:3

True intimacy with God is built through prayer. Prayer is not merely speaking words — it is our lifeline, a spiritual transaction that deepens our relationship with Him and transforms our hearts.

As we grow in the Spirit, may we become intentional in seeking God, cultivating our hunger for His presence, and building deeper connections through prayer. The mysteries of prayer go beyond human understanding and beyond physical effort because God moves in ways we cannot always see. We are limited but, God is limitless.

Never give up on praying. Even in silence, delays, or uncertainties, God is listening and working behind the scenes. Prayer is not just communication — it is transformation. 🙏

Mas naging espesyal at makahulugan ang ating Sunday Service as we celebrated all the wonderful moms, mother figures, and moms to be na ginamit ni Lord to nurture, guide, and love us wholeheartedly. 🌷

Happy Mother’s Day po sa lahat ng amazing moms! Salamat po sa inyong mga panalangin, sacrifices, unconditional love, at lakas na patuloy na nagbibigay inspirasyon at malaking impact sa buhay ng marami. Truly appreciated and celebrated po kayo! 💖

📖 Judges 13–16

Samson’s life reminds us that even with a God-given purpose, we can still fall into compromise when we allow distractions and wrong desires to lead us. His choices brought him to his lowest point—but his story didn’t end there. God never abandoned Samson. Instead, He waited patiently for him to return. And in the end, God still fulfilled His purpose in Samson’s life.

“Then Samson prayed to the Lord, ‘Sovereign Lord, remember me. Please, God, strengthen me just once more…’” — Judges 16:28

In his weakest moment, Samson turned back to God—and God answered him.

The life of Samson teaches us to depend on God’s strength rather than our own abilities, to follow His will instead of our own desires, and to seek His wisdom above our own understanding.

Eternal blessings are far greater than temporary comfort. Let us not exchange what is everlasting for what is only momentary. Just like in the story of Esau and Jacob, where a birthright was traded for a bowl of stew–may we learn to value what truly matters in God’s eyes.

God’s blessings are not received by convenience, but through perseverance, faith, and humility. Spiritual blessings often require wrestling through prayer. We must stay persistent to receive God’s answers.

“I will not let You go unless You bless me.” — Genesis 32:26

Be encouraged, don’t give up on what God has promised you. Hold on, stay faithful, and trust His process—because the eternal reward far outweighs any temporary comfort. 🙏

PURPOSE OF THE HOLY SPIRIT
Preacher: Ptr. Elijah Laderas

Before the disciples were filled with the Holy Spirit, they struggled, failed, and misunderstood many things. But when the Holy Spirit came upon them, their lives were completely transformed. Even John, once called a “son of thunder,” became known as the apostle of love.

📖 John 14:26 - reminds us that the Holy Spirit is our Helper—teaching us all things and reminding us of the words of Christ.
The Holy Spirit was given to us so that we may share in the holiness of God. Holiness is not achieved by human effort or by merely following rules. It comes through a life filled with the Spirit and abiding in Christ.
Because of the sacrifice of Jesus, the way to God is now open. The veil has been torn, and through Him we can now live in the presence and holiness of God.

📖 1 Corinthians 6:19–20
Our bodies are the temple of the Holy Spirit. We were bought with a price, therefore let us glorify God in our body and spirit.

Let the Holy Spirit transform your life just as He transformed the disciples.
