The Jews quarreled among themselves, saying, โ€œHow can this man give us his Flesh to eat?โ€ Jesus said to them, โ€œAmen, amen, I say to you, unless you eat the Flesh of the Son of Man and drink his Blood,
you do not have life within you. Whoever eats my Flesh and drinks my Blood has eternal life, and I will raise him on the last day. For my Flesh is true food, and my Blood is true drink. Whoever eats my Flesh and drinks my Blood remains in me and I in him. Just as the living Father sent me and I have life because of the Father, so also the one who feeds on me will have life because of me. This is the bread that came down from heaven. Unlike your ancestors who ate and still died,

Today, we gladly commemorate the ๐๐ซ๐ž๐ฌ๐›๐ฒ๐ญ๐ž๐ซ๐š๐ฅ ๐Ž๐ซ๐๐ข๐ง๐š๐ญ๐ข๐จ๐ง ๐€๐ง๐ง๐ข๐ฏ๐ž๐ซ๐ฌ๐š๐ซ๐ฒ ๐จ๐Ÿ ๐‘๐„๐•. ๐…๐‘. ๐‰๐Ž๐’๐„ ๐๐€๐”๐‹ ๐†. ๐๐”๐„๐๐‹๐Ž๐’, who faithfully serves as the Parochial Vicar of St. Joseph the Worker Parish in Bunawan, Agusan del Sur. With grateful hearts, we thank God for the gift of his priestly vocation and dedicated ministry.

Let us continue to keep him in our prayers, asking the Lord to grant him strength, grace, and perseverance in his mission of service and faith. Black Saturday, or Holy Saturday, is the final, somber day of Holy Week preceding Easter Sunday, commemorating the time Jesus Christโ€™s body lay in the tomb. It is a day of silence, reflection, and waiting, marking the interval between the crucifixion and the Resurrection. It is often called "Black" due to the somber, mourning atmosphere.

Though the world seemed dark, hope was quietly growing beneath the surface. Today invites us to pause, reflect, and trust in Godโ€™s timing, knowing that the waiting leads to resurrection and new life.
