Today, we gathered not just as leaders, but as servants continually being shaped by God.
In the midst of responsibilities, decisions, and the call to lead others, we were reminded of one simple yet powerful truth—we are called to fix our eyes on Jesus.
There are moments in leadership where the path feels heavy, where expectations are high, and where our own strength falls short. But today, we were brought back to our true source. Not our abilities, not our titles, but Christ alone.
“Fixing our eyes on Jesus, the author and perfecter of our faith…” — Hebrews 12:2.
This fellowship became a space of realignment. A moment to pause, to breathe, and to remember why we lead in the first place. We were reminded that before we are leaders, we are followers—followers of the One who endured, who sacrificed, and who continues to sustain us.
As we shared, prayed, and grew together, God gently redirected our hearts back to Him. Because leadership is not about striving harder, but about surrendering deeper. Not about being seen, but about pointing others to Jesus.
And as we go back to where God has placed us, we carry this with us:
eyes fixed, hearts aligned, and faith anchored in Christ.
Grateful for today. Grateful for leaders who choose to look to Jesus above all.✝️😇
