The rich young ruler seemed to have everything: wealth, morality, status, and a desire for eternal life.

He came to Jesus with a serious question: “What good thing must I do to have eternal life?”

Jesus reminded him of the commandments, and the man confidently said he had kept them. But Jesus then touched the one area of his life he wasn’t willing to surrender: his wealth.

Jesus told him to sell what he had, give to the poor, and follow Him. The man walked away grieving because he had great possessions.

The problem wasn’t simply that he was rich. His possessions had become something he loved more than obedience to Jesus.

And that is what makes this story so uncomfortable.

We may not have the same struggle with money, but we can have our own “riches”—a relationship, a dream, comfort, reputation, control, success, or anything else we refuse to place in God’s hands.

Sometimes, Jesus doesn’t ask us to give up something because that thing is inherently bad. He asks us to surrender it because nothing should have a greater place in our hearts than Him.

Because what we refuse to surrender may reveal what we value more than Jesus. 🙏🏻🤍

Every week, we make time for what we truly value.

If we never have time for God, the problem is not our schedule, it is our priorities.

The church is not merely a building to visit; it is the family of God where believers worship together, grow in His Word, encourage one another, and are strengthened for the Christian life.

Choose to gather with God's people, even when you're tired, busy, or distracted.
Your soul needs the fellowship of believers more than your body needs another hour of sleep or your calendar needs another appointment.

Make Christ your priority.
Don't let laziness, busyness, or worldliness, or rob you of the blessings God has prepared for those who faithfully gather in His name.

WALANG IBANG DAAN! Ito ang mariing sinasabi ng Biblia kapag ang pinag-uusapan ay patungkol sa KALIGTASAN. Ang kaligtasan ay katiyakan ng pagpunta sa langit sa oras na Kunin ng Diyos ang Buhay ng Isang tao.

"And as it is appointed unto men once to die, but after this the judgment:" Hebrews 9:27(KJV,).

Kung iisa lang ang daan ng kaligtasan....SAAN ITO MATATAGPUAN?

Ang malinaw na kasagutan sa Tanong na ito ay walang iba kundi ang Panginoong Hesu-Cristo. Ito ang Kanyang sinabi....

"Jesus saith unto him, I am the way, the truth, and the life: no man cometh unto the Father, but by me." John 14:6 (KJV)

Kaibigan, ang kaligtasan ay di matatagpuan sa kaninoman at sa anumang paraan (Acts 4:12). Hindi sa religion. Hindi sa mabuting gawa (Eph. 2:8-9; Tit. 3:5) o sa bautismo (Acts 8:36-39). Ang katotohanang ito mula sa Salita ng Diyos ay mananatili at patuloy na ipapangaral nang walang alinlangan.

Ito ang mabuting Balita.......WALANG IBANG DAAN TUNGO SA KALIGTASAN, KUNDI SI CRISTO LAMANG.
