THINGS THAT SHOULD NOT BE IN THE MINISTRY:

Ministry is not perfect, but there are things that clearly should not be allowed--because they destroy the heart, purpose, and testimony of the work.

1. Pride
• Santiago 4:6

2. Control and Manipulation
- Ministry is about guiding, not imprisoning people.
• 1 Pedro 5:3

3. Unteachable Spirit
- If you refuse correction, you cannot be trusted.
• Kawikaan 12:1

4. Hidden Sin / Double Life
- Private integrity matters more than public gifting.

5. Competition, Jealousy, and Comparison
- We are not rivals--we are partners in the ministry.

⏩ God looks at the heart, not just service.

- Serving out of love, not pressure
- Humility over position
- Faithfulness even when unseen

4. Alignment in relationships

- Ministry is done in community.
- May submission sa leadership.
- May respect at accountability.
- Walang competition, kundi cooperation.

5. Alignment of character and calling

- Private life matches public ministry.
- Integrity on and off the stage
- Christlikeness over charisma

Signs of Misalignment:
- Constant conflict and offense
- Burnout kahit 'for the Lord'
- Serving without joy
- Resistance to correction
- Focus sa position more than purpose

Remember ❗❗❗
Alignment brings anointing. Kapag tama ang alignment, may flow ang grace ng Diyos. Hindi mo kailangang ipilit, God make things work naturally.
