May we not forget that our God is a holy God. A righteous God who will not tolerate sin in anyway.

The altar is not just a place where we serve—IT IS THE PLACE WHERE WE ARE FIRST BROKEN, SURRENDERED, AND FILLED BY GOD.

It is easy to prepare the stage, lead the ministry, hold the microphone, organize the service, and serve people but WE MUST NEVER FORGET THAT BEFORE WE MINISTER FOR GOD, WE MUST ALWAYS MINISTER TO GOD.

The greatest danger of an altar worker is not losing the ability to serve but LOSING THE INTIMACY THAT GIVES MEANING TO THE SERVICE.

May we NEVER become familiar with the presence of God.
May we NEVER be busy doing the work of God while neglecting the God of the work.

Because THE FIRE ON THE ALTAR MUST FIRST BURN IN OUR OWN HEARTS.

Romans 12:11
“Never be lacking in zeal, but keep your spiritual fervor, serving the Lord.”

Let us be a generation of worshippers, leaders, and servants who don’t just stand on the altar BUT FIRST BOW BEFORE IT.

Before we carry the ministry, MAY WE CARRY HIS PRESENCE.
Before we lead people to God, MAY WE CONTINUALLY RUN TO GOD.

An altar worker without prayer will eventually serve out of routine. BUT AN ALTAR WORKER ROOTED IN PRAYER WILL SERVE OUT OF OVERFLOW.
