The St. Joseph Chapel community under Our Lady of the Pillar Parish joyfully thanks God for the gift of our newly commissioned Lectors, who have been entrusted with the sacred ministry of proclaiming His Word.

May the Holy Spirit continually guide and strengthen them to proclaim the Sacred Scriptures with faith, reverence, and humility. May their lives always reflect the Gospel they proclaim and inspire others to encounter Christ through His Word.

What began as the heartbreaking news that our Silver Chalice and Monstrance were missing has become even more distressing. We have now learned that our Processional Cross and Processional Candle Holders are also missing.

These are not merely valuable objects, they are sacred vessels and liturgical items dedicated to the worship of God and the celebration of the Holy Eucharist. Their loss is deeply upsetting, disappointing, and alarming for our entire parish community.

As we pray for their safe recovery and that those responsible are held accountable, we also pray for their conversion, repentance, and return to God.

Lord, protect Our Lady of the Pillar Parish. May our sacred vessels and liturgical items be safely recovered. May truth, justice, and mercy prevail, and may hearts be moved to repentance.

Our Lady of the Pillar, pray for us.

𝐄𝐯𝐞𝐫𝐲 𝐜𝐡𝐚𝐩𝐞𝐥 𝐠𝐫𝐨𝐰𝐬 𝐨𝐧𝐞 𝐬𝐭𝐞𝐩 𝐚𝐭 𝐚 𝐭𝐢𝐦𝐞. 🙏

Through God’s grace and the generosity of our community, our simple outdoor gathering area is slowly taking shape. The construction materials and labor were funded through our Chapel Fund, while the wooden support posts were generously donated by kind- hearted individuals, Ma’am Melody Anama & Manong Narding Nacar . We also thank Samang Elementary School for donating the wooden log seats.

Though simple, this space is built with faith and love, a place where we can gather, sit together, share conversations, prepare for chapel activities, and work side by side during special occasions and community events.

We humbly welcome donations of ornamental plants or flowering shrubs to help make the area greener and more inviting. Every contribution, no matter how small, is sincerely appreciated.

Thank you to all our donors, volunteers, and benefactors. May God bless you abundantly.

Today’s Gospel reminds us that following Christ means choosing TRUTH, carrying our CROSS, and putting GOD above all else. The readings also call us to 𝗹𝗶𝘃𝗲 𝗮 𝗻𝗲𝘄 𝗹𝗶𝗳𝗲 𝗶𝗻 𝗖𝗵𝗿𝗶𝘀𝘁-𝗼𝗻𝗲 𝗺𝗮𝗿𝗸𝗲𝗱 𝗯𝘆 𝗶𝗻𝘁𝗲𝗴𝗿𝗶𝘁𝘆, 𝗳𝗮𝗶𝘁𝗵𝗳𝘂𝗹𝗻𝗲𝘀𝘀, 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝘀𝗲𝗹𝗳𝗹𝗲𝘀𝘀 𝘀𝗲𝗿𝘃𝗶𝗰𝗲.

As we wear white and a white ribbon today, we unite in prayer for our nation and for all those entrusted with PUBLIC OFFICE .May the Lord grant our leaders WISDOM, HUMILITY , HONESTY, and the courage to SERVE with JUSTICE and COMPASSION . May every form of corruption be replaced by TRUTH, ACCOUNTABILITY , and GENUINE LOVE for the Filipino people.

As part of 𝐎𝐮𝐫 𝐋𝐚𝐝𝐲 𝐨𝐟 𝐭𝐡𝐞 𝐏𝐢𝐥𝐥𝐚𝐫 𝐏𝐚𝐫𝐢𝐬𝐡 community, St. Joseph Chapel humbly extends its gratitude to everyone who contributed to the success of the procession and Coronation of 𝐑𝐞𝐲𝐧𝐚 𝐄𝐥𝐞𝐧𝐚 & 𝐂𝐨𝐧𝐬𝐭𝐚𝐧𝐭𝐢𝐧𝐨 𝟐𝟎𝟐𝟔 held on May 31, 2026. Through the generosity, service, and participation of many individuals, this celebration became a meaningful expression of faith, unity, and support for the parish.

We congratulate all the candidates, families, sponsors, volunteers, and supporters whose participation made this celebration both meaningful and successful. We are especially grateful and honored that the representatives of St. Joseph Chapel, 𝕽𝖊𝖞𝖓𝖆 𝕰𝖑𝖊𝖓𝖆 𝟐𝟎𝟐𝟔: 𝗝𝗵𝗲𝗻 𝗘𝗱𝘀 𝗞𝗿𝘆𝘅𝘇𝗹 𝗔. 𝗘𝘀𝘁𝗲𝗹𝗹𝗮 &𝕮𝖔𝖓𝖘𝖙𝖆𝖓𝖙𝖎𝖓𝖔 𝟐𝟎𝟐𝟔 : 𝗔𝗻𝗱𝗿𝗶𝗲 𝗖𝗮𝗱𝗼𝗿𝗻𝗮 , were crowned during this year’s celebration. May this recognition serve as a reminder that true honor is found not in crowns or titles, but in faith, humility, and service to God.

This celebration would not have been possible without the generosity and support of many individuals. Our heartfelt thanks to BM Apple Bacay and Municipal Councilor Jonumer "Anong" Caasi for their generous donation of trophies.

We likewise extend our sincere gratitude to San Roque Elementary School, Samang Norte Elementary School, ma’am Shiela Mae Owel , Kgd. Mlasko & Ashley Abungan for generously lending decorations and helping create a beautiful and dignified setting for this special celebration.

To our dedicated Kabataan members, volunteers, parents, and supporters, thank you for the countless hours spent preparing program, invitations, sashes, certificates, bouquets, tokens, decorations, and other materials needed for the event. Thank you for your creativity, generosity, sacrifices, and even the late nights spent ensuring that every detail was prepared with care and dedication. Your service is a beautiful testament to what can be accomplished when a community comes together in faith and unity.

We also express our profound gratitude to our Parish Priest, 𝙍𝙚𝙫. 𝙁𝙧. 𝙅𝙤𝙧𝙚𝙢 𝘽𝙚𝙡𝙡𝙚𝙣, 𝙍𝘾𝙅 for his trust and confidence in St. Joseph Chapel by giving us the opportunity to serve and assist in the preparation and coronation proper. It was both a privilege and a blessing to contribute to this meaningful parish celebration.

More than crowns and titles, the event reminds us of Reyna Elena’s search for the True Cross -a powerful witness of faith, perseverance, and devotion to Christ. May this tradition continue to inspire us to seek God in our daily lives and to serve one another with humility and love.

Ano ang ibig sabihin ng pagtanggap kay Hesus sa anyo ng Tinapay?

Ito ay ang pagmamahal sa kapwa tulad ng pagmamahal na patuloy Niyang ibinubuhos sa atin. Ito ay ang pagpapatawad nang may awa, tulad ng awa at kapatawarang ipinagkakaloob Niya sa atin.
Ito ay ang pag-aalay ng sarili para sa kapakanan ng iba, tulad ng pag-aalay Niya ng Kanyang buhay para sa ating kaligtasan.

Ang pagtanggap kay Kristo sa Banal na Komunyon ay hindi lamang pagtanggap sa Kanya sa ating puso, kundi isang paanyaya na maging katulad Niya mapagmahal, maawain, mapagbigay, at handang magsakripisyo para sa kapwa.

Nawa’y ipaalala sa atin ng Dakilang Kapistahan ng Corpus Christi na ang bawat Komunyon ay isang tawag: mamuhay tulad ni Kristo, magmahal tulad ni Kristo, at maging larawan ni Kristo para sa mundo.

“Ang tumatanggap sa Akin ay mananatili sa Akin at Ako naman sa kanya.” (Juan 6:56)
