BLESSED HAPPY MORNING 😇🙏🙏

129 So, the only Eternal achievement there is, is Jesus Christ. There, if He’s the most and the best that we could achieve for, let’s—let’s make that our achievement then. Let’s be sure that we get Him. You might be a preacher, you might be a pastor, you might be a deacon, you might be a church member; but if you haven’t in your achievement…You might achieved to say, “I won’t stop till I become a preacher. I won’t stop till I become a deacon. I won’t stop till I become a church member.” Them things are all right, honorable. But, listen here, brother, don’t you stop short of Jesus Christ, or you haven’t got an Eternal achievement. Because, your pastor, yeah, your work of a pastor, will soon fade away. Your work as a deacon will soon go. Your church membership will be long dismissed from the minds of the people, just a little while to come. But if you’ve achieved Jesus Christ, then you’ve got Eternal Life, and you can never die.

144 That’s what Satan does. He perverts the nations. He perverts the church. He perverts the people. He is a deceiver, a perverter of the original Truth.
145 God made a man a man. He made a woman a woman. And He dressed them different, and He meant for them to stay that way and to act that way; one is feminish, and the other is masculine. He separated Adam in the garden of Eden, and did this, separated Eve from him.

SUB-TOPIC: REMOVING PASTOR

1 Timothy 5:19-21

ELDER IS GENERAL TERM NA IKINAKAPIT SA 5 FOLD MINISTRY AT MGA DEACONS.

• REBUKE THEM PUBLICLY
• PREFERRING NO ONE
• DOING NOTHING PARTIALY

WMB-QOUTES:

14 We believe in church government. And the government is ordered of the Holy Spirit in the Bible. The pastor is always the head of the church, the pastor is always. That’s God’s elder. In organizations, you have to come through the bishop. Now, the Bible…there’s no higher order in the Bible than the elder of the church. Just tell me where it’s at. There’s no higher order in the Bible for the church than the elder, which is the pastor. He’s the highest order of the Bible. 15 And then, if the—the elder, if…Don’t receive any accusation against your elder, unless it first be by two or three witnesses; no matter what anybody says about an elder, don’t you believe it until you have two or three witnesses. And let them witnesses be tried first. And then if that elder has done something wrong and these three Holy Ghost witnesses has been tried and proved that they’ve really done something to the elder, then go to the elder, and that sin, openly rebuke him. See, that others might see and take heed.
54-0516 - Questions And Answers (Law Having A Shadow)
Rev. William Marrion Branham

IF AN ELDER IS GOING TO BE REBUKE THE CHURCH MUST STAY IN THE WORD.

3 HOLY GHOST WITNESSES MUST PRESENT TO AN ELDER THAT BEEN ACCUSATIONS.

THE LOSING SIDE MUST JOIN IN THE WINNING SIDE OF VOTATION ROMOVING A PASTOR... NO DIVISION IN THE CHURCH...

And if something another comes by, that it’s like moving the pastor, and they want to take a vote on that, you couldn’t ask a deacon to do that. You’d come ask me. I’d come down, say, “If you want to move the pastor, tell me why. Has he done anything?” 284 “Yes. We caught him, drunk.” Or, “We caught him doing this, or doing something wasn’t right.” 285 “Have you got three witnesses of it?” 286 “Yes. We have.” 287 Them witness must first be tried. “Don’t receive an accusation against an elder ’less it be by two or three witness, and let them first be proved; against an elder.” Then you have to swear to it, that you saw it; and prove it, that you saw it. 288 And then, if you did, then that sin is rebuked openly, that, “It’s wrong.” Then say, “Congregation, do you want to change your pastor?” 289 And if the congregation votes, “Forgive him, and let him go on yet,” that’s the way it has to stand. See? That, isn’t that fair? Ain’t that the way to run a church? That’s what the Bible said. We have no bishops and overseers, and boards and so forth, moves this one in and got a lot of authority. There’s nobody got authority here but the Holy Ghost. That’s right. He does the moving. And we take Him as the majority of the people, the way the people go.

290 And then if one side wants to do this, and the other side wants to do that, and the side wins, the losing side, what do they do about it? Join right in with the rest of them, say, “We were wrong, then. We’ll go right on, ’cause the Holy Ghost has made that choice.” See? That’s exactly right.

291 Like Democrats and Republicans, as long as we stand as a democracy, as Americans. If the Democrats is in, the Republicans should push right on with them; Republicans in, the Democrat push on. See? That’s just exactly what makes us a nation. Whenever we break that, we break our democracy. That’s right. Democrats say, “I ain’t going to do nothing; Republicans was in.” Then we fall. I’m a Kentuckian: together we stand, and divided we fall.

292 Now, if there’s anything wrong in the church that you ever know of, some individual or some person or anything, you are duty bound and will answer before God if you don’t clear that thing out; you, the church. Now, remember, it’s not on my shoulders. It’s on yours. And anything wrong in the church, God will make you answer for it. That’s right. That’s the way He runs His church. That’s the way it is in the Bible. That’s the order of the Bible. That’s the sovereignty of the local church. The pastor is the head. That’s right. Amen.

276 By the way, while I’m speaking, somebody, in around this country somewhere, is guilty of writing some cards, to move Brother Neville out of this pulpit. You’re going to have to settle that with me. Uh-huh. That’s right. Uh-huh. Yes, indeed. Now, I want you…Said the dea-…something about the deacon board. The deacon board has not one thing to do with that pastor. No, sir. The congregation, in full, has all the authority. It isn’t…A deacon board is just the policemen here in this church, just to keep order and so forth. But when it comes to rules, the whole church has to say so. This church is built upon the sovereignty of the local church. Therefore, I have nothing to say in moving this pastor, or putting one in. I own the property; it’s given to the church. You all are the church. You people are the one who control. You’re the church, yourself. And the Church, the holy Church of God is the sovereignty, of the Holy Spirit in that Church. And the only thing I do is own the property, give it over to this church, as give it over for a church, and it’s tax free. And the church elects their own pastors. I have nothing to do with it. And the only way this pastor could ever leave, would be the pastor decide himself to go, or the majority of the votes of the church would have to say, “Change the pastor.” That’s the only way. No deacon board can do it. The deacon board only keeps order and things in the church.

278 But if there’s any complaint against any member, if a member has a complaint against one another, or something wrong, you’re supposed to go to that brother, yourself, and talk to him, you and he alone. Then if they won’t receive it, then the next thing takes place, you take one of the deacons or somebody, and go with you to that brother. Then if he won’t receive you, then you come tell it to the church. Then if the church…Then if he won’t receive the church, then the Bible said, “Let them be as a heathen and a publican.” That’s right.

279 And any persons that knows a guilty person, and you don’t go to them and talk, then you’re the part of the church of God is going to answer for that sin. That’s right.

280 And if any persons then has a—a complaint against a deacon, or against the deacon or somebody in the church, it takes three people. Three people would come and say, witness, the mouth of two or three witnesses. Come tell the pastor that there’s a grievance against a deacon. Then if there’s a grievance against a deacon, the deacon isn’t a—a just man, a—a perfect man. He must hold the office of a deacon, blameless, and then found blameless. And if that congregation finds out that that deacon is not holding that office, he gets three with him and takes it to the pastor. That deacon is asked to stay home over the night. And then the pastor from…comes and brings the congregation together, gives the grievance. And if the congregation votes for the deacon to continue on, the deacon continues on. If he con-…votes for the deacon to be dismissed, they elect a new deacon that very night. See?

281 Therefore, no one person has nothing to do in this. It’s the majority of the people. Yes, sir. If twenty votes for him, and twenty-one votes against him, he goes; or, vice versa. See? That is, it’s the sovereignty of the local church and, then, each one of the members has a say-so in the church. Anything goes on, wrong, then they can come right around, and the only thing they have to do is to be before God that they are absolutely see that nothing hinders the moving of the church.
57-0922E - Hebrews, Chapter Seven #2
Rev. William Marrion Branham

72 When the time comes, as under God, if I feel like that Orman Neville can’t no more qualify to be pastor here, I’m going to mention it to the church. When I’d see one thing here, think that you deacons couldn’t qualify to be deacons, I’m going to mention it to the church, that, “I find out there’s a certain deacon out here doing something he shouldn’t do, and he doesn’t keep his post of duty,” and so forth like that, or a trustee or whatever it is. I can’t vote it in or out, the church has to do that, but I’m certainly going to present it before the church. See, because that’s what it should do. That’s what I’m supposed to be, as overseer, I’m supposed to look and see what’s going on. We’re going to Heaven, not out here somewhere to a rally or something to have a lot of fun and run over one another, and play baseball. We’re here handling the most gracious thing there is on earth, the Word of God, and it’s to be carried on in godly order.

STEPS FOR REMOVING A PASTOR

1. PASTOR PERSONAL DECISION.
2. THE CHURCH DECISION.
3. ELDER OR GENERAL OVERSEER IF HE SEES HE'S NOT DOING HIS DUTY.

Q: PDE BA TANGGALIN ANG PASTOR PAG NAKAKAHADLANG NA SA PAG LAGO ANG CHURCH?

• YOU'VE GOT A DECISION TO MAKE.

138 You’ve got a decision to make. You’re at Kadesh, you see; see, can’t stand much longer. Why you halting between two opinions? Why isn’t the church on fire? Why isn’t the place packed out with people? Why isn’t great signs and wonders done? Don’t lay it onto the pastor. It’s you. We got a mixed multitude; one pulling one way, and one the other. You’ve got to come to a time of decision. If it’s the pastor, fire him, get him out and put somebody else in who will take his place. If it’s a deacon, take him off the board and put somebody else in his place, that’ll take the place. What are you going to do, brother? God has put the responsibility upon you. That’s it. And we’ve, each one, got to give an account for our own sins, and answer at the Day of Judgment. We’re in Kadesh-barnea!

• LOOSE HIM

202 Well, something is wrong with Leo and I; let’s go make it up. And if you see there’s something, it’s your duty to come to us, and say, “Both you boys come here and get together. We’re going to straighten this thing up.” Now, then, if he comes to there, and there come to find out, then, here we are. I say, “Well, first thing, if we—we can’t agree, then you come to the church like that.” 203 And then as—as long as you don’t do nothing about it, though, the Blood of Jesus Christ protects us both. See? But then that—that old cancer will start another cancer, and that cancer will start another cancer, and the whole thing will be sick, all over, the whole church. Then you get to a place you come into church, and just as cold, you’ll have to have the janitor come break the icicles out, ’fore the congregation can get in. Now, you know that’s right. And cold! Somebody set around, you know, and just don’t say nothing. “Well, we used to be so spiritual.” Well, what happened? You did run well, what was the matter? See, your sin separates you. And God will hold you responsible for it, brethren. Now I’ll straighten this thing up. 204 Nothing wrong with me, nothing wrong with Leo; it’s the devil got between us. That’s right. Get the thing straightened out. Go to him. Then if he won’t listen, or I won’t listen, whichever way it is, then tell it to the church. If he don’t come be reconciled to that church in thirty days, then he’s out from under the protection of Jesus. We loose him. That’s exactly right. Then watch what takes place. Let God do the discipline then. You got your hands off. You done the best you could. Then let God have him for a little bit; He’ll turn him over to the devil. He will come then. If he don’t, his life is just a short span.
58-0927 - Why Are We Not A Denomination?
Rev. William Marrion Branham

• GET HIM OUT, & GOT SOMEBODY IN

You’ve got to have faith in your pastor, as a man of God. If he isn’t—He isn’t, get him out, and get somebody in there that is. That’s right. Don’t stop the church. That’s right, go on. If he isn’t a man of God, if he doesn’t live, and do, and act, and preach what he should, take him out; put somebody else in that will do it. 49 Now, now, then you got to have confidence. This is the house of judgment, the house of God, where God comes down and passes His judgment. Your pastor is supposed to be a righteous man. The congregation’s supposed to be with him, one hundred percent. You’re supposed to be just a hundred percent together. And in there, if you’re not, then Satan’s got a way to get in. You got a loophole somewhere, so have everything cleared out.

TEXT & TOPIC: " GENERAL OVERSEER "

ACTS 14:23

Q: WHAT IS OVERSEER?

A: NOUN

A. A PERSON WHO SUPERVISES OTHERS ESPECIALLY WORKERS.

SYNONYMS:

SUPERVISOR,
FOREMAN,
TEAM LEADER,
SUPERINTENDENT,
CHIEF CAPTAIN, & ETC.

FROM MERRIAM WEBSTER DICT.

B. A PERSON WHO OVERSEES OTHERS:
A PERSON WITH SUPERVISORY, RESPONSIBILITIES.

WIKIPEDIA-DICTIONARY

C. ONE WHO OVERSEES OR SUPERVISES.

WMB QOUTES:

"AS THE GENERAL OVERSEER OF THE CHURCH, I MUST SEE THAT IT'S KEPT SCRIPTURALLY EVERYTHING RIGHT ON THE WORD."

9 And we’re building now, and we wish to place this church. And as the general overseer of the church, I must see that it’s kept, Scripturally, everything right on the Word.

10 And so therefore, then, it has been found favorable with the board and the pastor, and the overseer, to select in this group of people here some man who we think to be honorable and just man. We can only bring them. And it’s, then, they are appointed by the church, by their own vote. And then these man shall serve, if they feel that they will accept this office. Then they will come for a short time, to see if they feel that maybe that God has called them. And if later, if they feel that they are disqualified, then, they have a right in the next few weeks to resign the office, that someone else could be appointed in their place.

58-0720E - The Placing Of Deacons
Rev. William Marrion Branham

"I'M JUST GENERAL OVERSEER TO SEE IT GOES ON RIGHT, AND TO GIVE ADVICE AND SO FORTH."

27 Now, there is a group of offices of our church, deacons, trustees, Sunday school superintendent, pastors, as our church is set in order. And you, the people, elected these officers and this pastor. I’m just general overseer, seeing it goes on right, and to give advice and so forth. You are the one who elects your pastor, you elect your trustees, you elect your deacons, you elect every office there is in this church; you, the people. And it’s your duty to stand by those men, see, for they’ll make mistakes. They’re mortal. They’re just men, and they’ll make mistakes. But if the President of United States makes a mistake, do we throw him out, as President? We forget about it and move on. That’s the way we want to do our church now. I was listening to him pray, a few minutes ago, for those deacons. And to hear back there, a testimony, at the door, from the trustees, how that with one accord you all are. Now stay that way. Now, you members stand by these trustees, deacons, and pastor. And remember, when you get this together, remember that it’s the devil’s business to see that that’s broke up. Now it’s always has been and it always will be. But you stand by your officers, and that was the talk that I was going to make.

2 TIM.2:1-3

TITUS 1:4-5

"APOSTLE PAUL THE GENERAL OVERSEER OF THE WHOLE GROUP OF CHURCHES (MINISTERS/PASTORS/SHEPPERD) THROUGHOUT ASIA."

47 Look when he went down there to Philip, even his daughters prophesied. And said, “There is chains and prison waiting for—for our brother when he gets up there.” He no more than got out in the yard, and here come Agabus, a prophet, walking down, looked across the street. And never seen Paul before, the general overseer, this whole group of churches throughout Asia. And he walked over there and pulled the string off of his side, he had his garment tied with, bound his hands and said, “THUS SAITH THE LORD, chains and prisons wait for the one that wore this up there.” See? Prophesying.

48 Paul said, “I know it. I know it. But don’t break my heart now. Let me finish my course.” He was tired. He was finished. And he was going on and leaving his bishopric with Timothy.

62-0601 - Taking Sides With Jesus
Rev. William Marrion Branham

"BISHOP IS AN OVERSEER IN EVERY LOCAL CHURCH"

55 Now, after the service…If the person just raises up and gives a message, the pastor, if he wants to stop just a minute and go ahead, very well, see, that’s up to the pastor. But then immediately let the deacon, before that person gets out of the building, take them to one side and talk to them about it.

And if they question it, bring them to this tape and say, “This is what the bishop, or, the overseer of the church…” (Which is bishop, the…any overseer, see, that’s what it’s called in the Bible, “bishopric,” see, so that’s general overseer of the church.) “let…this is the orders and the way our church does it. Now, we love for you to come give your message. But if you’ve got a message from the Lord and it’s…let it be given, come up here and lay it on our platform, and our minister will read it to the congregation, a message to this congregation.”

But it must not be just repeating Scriptures, and things like that. It must be a direct message to the people, of something that’s fixing to take place, or something they should do. Is it understood? All right.

63-1226 - Church Order
Rev. William Marrion Branham

PASTORS OR LOCAL LEADERS AND MEMBERS MUST NOT FORGET THAT THIS IS A FIVE (5) FOLD MINISTRY OF EPHESIANS 4:11-12, FOR THE PERFECTING OF THE SAINTS (CHURCH), NOT ONE FOLD MINISTRY (PASTOR ALONE) YOU HAVE TO RESPECT AND WELCOME (ALLOW) THE OTHER MINISTRY OF APOSTLES (SETTER-IN-ORDER IN ALL LOCAL CHURCHES & CHURCH PLANTERS OF MANY CHURCHES AND THEN TURNED OVER THESE CHURCHES TO THE ELDERS OR PASTORS WE HAVE TO LISTEN ALSO AND RECIEVED THEM), PROPHETS (MOUTHPIECE OF GOD),

26 Now, I notice that how the churches, the evangelism started scattering out everywhere. And then we’ll take, for instance, the Paul becoming a great missionary to our people. We find out that he went about, wherever the Lord led him, and he established a church. And it was a new Faith. The churches of those days, like in Asia Minor, all throughout Europe, they—they didn’t believe that Message. And when he had to preach the Message, and many was converted to It, then there was no one…If he left the people in that condition, they would wander right back out into their pagan gods, and into Judaism, and whatever more, because the people had no one to teach them. The—the converts, they had no place to go, so Paul established churches in different parts of the country.

27 Each one of these churches, he left someone who was in order, a man that was trustworthy, a man that was known as a pastor, shepherd. Or, then, after this church then become…Other little churches come out of it. Young men and old men raised up, and become churches out of that. The man that was over the first church was called the bishop. And then his that went out from him, his children, was called shepherds, or pastors. And then…and each group of little churches all would come back to this bishop.

28 Like in the time of Irenaeus, he carried on the same thing. Martin carried on the same thing. Polycarp carried on the same thing. Right on down through the age, they had that. And then the apostle of the Church, the apostle, that was the Paul. And when Paul left, John took over the Church. And when John left, Polycarp taken It over. When Polycarp left, Irenaeus taken It over. And on down, Martin, and so forth.
