Today, we honor ๐๐๐ซ๐๐ข๐ง๐๐ฅ ๐๐จ๐ฌ๐๐ฉ๐ก ๐๐๐ซ๐๐ข๐ฃ๐ง, the visionary founder of the Young Christian Workers and the mind behind the ๐๐๐-๐๐๐๐๐-๐๐๐ methodology.
Born in Belgium (1882โ1967), Cardinal Cardijn dedicated his life to listening to the voices of workers and young people. He chose to live among them, understand their struggles, and empower them to become leaders and changemakers โ not merely observers of society.
The See-Judge-Act method remains simple yet deeply transformative:
