Through this convention, may we be reminded that devotion to Mary always leads us closer to Jesus. May we live out the promise of the Scapular not only in word but in deed — loving God above all things, loving our neighbor as ourselves, and striving each day to become saints.

[In Photos] A Talk with Rev. Fr. Jovanie M. Bautista on the topic 'Mary: The Model of a Listening Heart,' and Rev. Fr. Jonel R. Logroño on 'United in Prayer with Mary for the Mission of the Church' was held during the 2nd Diocesan First Saturday Devotion Convention 2026 on March 7, 2026, at Holy Child Parish, Poblacion, Ubay, Bohol. After the talks, a photo opportunity was held with the World Apostolate of Fatima (WAF) chapters by vicariate, together with Rev. Fr. Jonel R. Logroño, Spiritual Director of WAF – Diocese of Talibon.

May Mary’s gentle guidance lead us to listen more deeply to God’s call in our lives, and may we stand united with her and with one another as we work to fulfill the Church’s mission of love and service. Through this devotion, may families be strengthened, hearts be transformed, and the light of faith shine brightly throughout every corner of our diocese and beyond.
