Great memories of a brother who really stood in his faith even in the time of his death. Trusting God even in the deepest moment of his life and still believing that in God there is always hope.

Yes, temporarily he is gone but his faith will never be forgotten. The Word of God assured us in 1 John 5:11-12 that says, "... God has given us eternal life, and this life is in His Son. Whoever has the Son has life; whoever does not have the Son of God does not have life."

ALBCI FAMILY HOLY WEEK RETREAT (Journey with Jesus). Thank you Lord for a very successful church family retreat with 5 goals...
- spiritual renewal
- deepening our faith
- strengthening relationship with each other
- gaining clarity & greater perspective
- emotional healing

And the most fulfilling - doing house to house, Pray, Care & Share to the community and sharing the Gospel. Just like what Jesus did (to seek the lost). And the harvests - 16 souls for Jesus. To God be all the glory! It is really only though the amazing love of JESUS!

The Couples’ Night was not about grand gestures.
It’s about remembering why these couples started…
and deciding they’re not done yet.♥️
After all the ups and downs,
after misunderstandings and makeups,
after seasons of plenty and seasons of stretching —
The two of them are still here.
Still holding hands.
Still sharing dreams.
Still building something sacred.
And that is worth celebrating!

Indeed, God gave meaning to the night set in love for 15 couples who attended. Thank you all! 🌷🌷🌷

Praise God for the opportunity to serve the Lord thru this ministry. Preparing & distributing foods for lunch for CDP children and family. Thank you Pastor Les Tilka , Ma'am Janice Zapanta-De la Cruz and the whole Do for 1 family for giving us this opportunity especially on the present situation of the people of Bogo City.

These families are staying on a tent as their temporary shelter in different open space areas in Bogo City. And after getting the foods that we prepared, we prayed for them and encouraged them to be strong and trust God for their situation. Even though the situation in Bogo is still uncertain because until now, there are still aftershocks but God is always in control of everything.

Together with the staffs and volunteers, we are so much happy to serve them.

BIBLICAL TRUTHS THAT ALLOW US TO TRUST THE LORD EVEN IN TIMES OF DISASTER
Deuteronomy 29:22-29

I always hear questions around me about the disaster we face. Why God allowed all these? Why here in our place? Can we still trust the Lord?

The truth is, God has all the rights, reasons and power to allow all these fearful disasters happening now. But in the midst of all these, we can truly trust the Almighty and Sovereign God...

1. BECAUSE HE IS IN CONTROL OF EVERYTHING (Deut. 29:22-23; Psalm 103:19)
- He has all the authority to ordain, to allow and to permit
- He may not react or stop to events
- but everything in accordance with His plan

2. BECAUSE HE LOVES US AND WANTS US TO BE WITH HIM (John 3:16-17; Prov. 3:12)
- sending His Son (Jesus) and allowing Him to die at the cross for all of us is the greatest proof of His unconditional love
- believing and trusting His love is a guarantee that whatever disasters happen - there is always HOPE
- and because of His love to us, He permitted disasters so we can remember Him for He didn't want us to be away with Him

3. BECAUSE HE HAS HIS OWN GOOD PURPOSES (Deut.29:25; Gen.50:20; Exodus 14:4)
- for they abandoned their covenant with the Lord and worship other God (discipline)
- for good to accomplish now what is being done
- to gain His own glory and so people will know that He is God
- for the lost to be saved and for the restoration of His people

At this very situation, let us always be reminded that God loves us perfectly and with His power He is working everything for our good and for His glory. And that it should fill us with abounding HOPE even in the midst of all these disasters in life. And instead of reacting with fears, we will fully trust Him and find refuge, comfort and strength IN HIM.
