๐Ÿ“– GOSPEL OF THE DAY
St Mark 12:13โ€“17
+++
The Pharisees and Herodians tried to trap Jesus by asking if it is lawful to pay taxes to Caesar. Jesus asked for a coin and said:
โ€œRender to Caesar the things that are Caesarโ€™s, and to God the things that are Godโ€™s.โ€

๐Ÿ’ž SHORT REFLECTION
Jesus teaches a deep truth:
We have duties in this world (civil responsibilities)
But we also have greater duty to God (our whole life belongs to Him)
The coin bears Caesarโ€™s imageโ€”but we bear Godโ€™s image (Genesis 1:27), so our lives ultimately belong to God.

๐Ÿ™ SHORT PRAYER
+++โœ๏ธ
Lord Jesus,
teach us to give to the world what belongs to the world, and to You what belongs to Youโ€”our hearts, our faith, and our whole life.
Help us to live with honesty, wisdom, and love in all our responsibilities.
May we always remember that we belong to You.
Amen.
Our Father..
Hail Mary..
Glory be..

๐Ÿ“– GOSPEL OF THE DAY
St Mark 12:1โ€“12
+++
Jesus told the parable of the wicked tenants. A landowner planted a vineyard and entrusted it to tenants. When he sent servants to collect its fruits, the tenants beat and killed them. Finally, he sent his beloved son, but they killed him as well, hoping to seize the inheritance. Jesus revealed that the son represents Himself, the Beloved Son of God, whom many would reject. Yet the rejected stone would become the cornerstone.

๐Ÿฅฐ REFLECTION

The vineyard symbolizes the gifts God has entrusted to usโ€”our faith, family, talents, and opportunities. God asks us to bear good fruit for His Kingdom. The Gospel invites us to examine whether we welcome Jesus as Lord of our lives or resist His call when it challenges us.
May we never reject Christ, but receive Him with humble hearts and allow Him to be the cornerstone of everything we do. โค๏ธโœ๏ธ

๐Ÿ™ SHORT PRAYER
+++โœ๏ธ
Lord Jesus, You are the Cornerstone of our faith.
Help me to listen to Your voice, follow Your will, and bear good fruits of love and holiness.
Amen
Our Father..
Hail Mary..

๐Ÿฅฐ SAINT OF THE DAY
โœ๏ธ Saint Justin Martyr, pray for us! ๐Ÿ•Š๏ธ๐Ÿ’–
Feast Day: June 1

๐Ÿ’žSaint Justin was born around A.D. 100 in Samaria.
As a young man he searched for truth through various philosophies.
After encountering Christianity, he discovered that Christ is the fulfillment of all truth and devoted his life to defending the faith.
He wrote important explanations of Christian beliefs and practices, becoming one of the earliest Christian apologists.
Because of his courageous witness to Christ, he was arrested and eventually beheaded in Rome around A.D. 165.
He is honored as a martyr who gave his life for the truth of the Gospel.

๐Ÿ’ž๐ŸŒน LESSON FROM ST. JUSTIN
"Truth is found in Jesus Christ, and it is worth living and dying for."

๐Ÿ™ SHORT PRAYER
+++โœ๏ธ
Saint Justin Martyr, faithful defender of the Christian faith, pray for us.
Help us to seek truth sincerely, love Jesus wholeheartedly, and remain faithful even in difficulties.
Through your intercession, may we courageously witness to Christ in our daily lives.
Amen

โ€œFor God so loved the world that He gave His only Son, so that everyone who believes in Him might not perish but might have eternal life. For God did not send His Son into the world to condemn the world, but that the world might be saved through Him.โ€

๐Ÿ’ž๐ŸŒฟ REFLECTION
The mystery of the Holy Trinity reveals the deepest truth about God: God is love. The Father loves, the Son gives Himself for us, and the Holy Spirit fills our hearts with grace. The Trinity is not merely a doctrine to learn but a relationship to enter.
Every time we make the Sign of the Cross, we proclaim our faith in the Father, the Son, and the Holy Spirit. Today, Jesus reminds us that God did not come to condemn us but to save us. No matter how difficult life becomes, we can trust that we are surrounded by the love of the Blessed Trinity.

๐Ÿ™ SHORT PRAYER
+++
In the Name of the โœ๏ธFather, and of the Son, and of the Holy Spirit. Amen.
Most Holy Trinity, Father, Son, and Holy Spirit, thank You for Your endless love.
Help me to trust You, follow You, and share Your love with others each day.
Keep my heart close to You always. Amen.
Our Father..
Hail Mary..

๐Ÿ’ž๐ŸŒฟ SAINT REFLECTION
St. Camilla teaches us that true happiness is not found in riches or status but in loving Christ wholeheartedly. When we place God first, He fills our hearts with a peace the world cannot give.

GOSPEL OF THE DAY
Saturday of the 8th Week in Ordinary Time

๐Ÿ“– St Mark 11:27โ€“33
+++
The chief priests, scribes, and elders questioned Jesus: โ€œBy what authority are you doing these things?โ€ Jesus responded by asking them about the baptism of John. Since they refused to answer honestly, Jesus replied, โ€œNeither shall I tell you by what authority I do these things.โ€

๐Ÿ’ž REFLECTION

Today's Gospel reminds us that the greatest obstacle to faith is often not a lack of evidence, but a reluctance to accept the truth.
The religious leaders had witnessed Jesus' miracles and heard His teachings, yet pride and fear prevented them from believing in Him.
We can fall into the same trap when we seek God's guidance but resist His answer because it does not match our own plans.
Jesus invites us to trust His authority, surrender our will, and follow Him with humble hearts.

๐Ÿฅฐโ“Do I truly seek God's will, or do I only want Him to approve my own?

๐Ÿ™ SHORT PRAYER
+++โœ๏ธ
Lord Jesus, give me a humble and obedient heart.
Help me to recognize Your authority and trust Your plans for my life.
May I always follow Your truth with faith and courage.
Amen
Our Father..
Hail Mary..
Glory be..

Saint Joan of Arc, pray for us! โš”๏ธ๐Ÿ™
(1412โ€“1431)

๐Ÿ’žSaint Joan of Arc was a young peasant girl from France who faithfully answered God's call to help her nation during a time of war.
Guided by deep faith and courage, she led French forces to important victories.
Though she suffered imprisonment and was martyred at the age of 19, she remained faithful to Christ until the end.
She was canonized in 1920 and is honored as the patron saint of France and of those who face difficult battles in life.

๐Ÿ’ž Quote of Saint Joan of Arc
โ€œI am not afraid; I was born to do this.โ€

๐Ÿ’ž Lesson from Her Life
God can accomplish extraordinary things through ordinary people who trust Him completely.
Age, status, or background do not limit what God can do through a willing heart.

๐Ÿ™ SHORT PRAYER
+++โœ๏ธ
Saint Joan of Arc, help us to be courageous in living our faith and faithful to Jesus in every trial.
Pray that we may always trust God's plan and serve Him with generous hearts.
Amen
Our Father..
Hail Mary..
Glory be..
