🕊️ A Psalmist once said, “Oh, that I had the wings of a dove! I would fly away and be at rest” (Psalm 55:6).
1st Lt. Ruth Angelique R. Pasos was a dance minister at Jesus Is Lord Church Pasig and an active member of Kristiyanong Kabataan para sa Bayan (KKB) Movement. Destined to soar, she graduated from the Philippine Military Academy and served in the Philippine Air Force. Whether in the church or the cockpit, she lived with wings of faith. On May 20, 2026, her final flight in Tuba, Benguet brought her home. But for those who believe, this is not the end: “To be absent from the body is to be present with the Lord” (2 Corinthians 5:8). The God she served has welcomed her home with wings that never fail.
To the Pasos family, Ruth’s life is an inspiration. We stand with you in the hope of the resurrection.
We also extend our prayers to the family of 2nd Lt. Cherky E. Embudo, who was with her on this final flight.
