Working Out your Integrity (Daniel 6:4)
1.Work It Out in Private Before It Goes Public
-Daniel 6:4a, Daniel 6:10
- You can’t perform your way into integrity. It’s worked out when no one’s watching.
2. Work It Out When the Pressure Is On
-Daniel 6:4b, Daniel 1:8, Romans 12:2
- Integrity is your pre-flight checklist. You set it before the pressure hits. Resolve before you’re tested.
3. Work It Out Knowing God Vindicates
- Daniel 6:4c, Daniel 6:22
- Integrity doesn’t mean you avoid the den. It means God meets you in it and gets glory through it.
- You don’t work out integrity to avoid lions. You work it out because you serve the God who never leaves you.
3 Integrity Workouts (Application)
1.Set Your window - Time with the Lord, prayer and Devotion
2. Draw the line - Resolve things before tested
3. Expect the den - Live Well that if your life investigated. They will only see Christ from it.
Conclusion:
So shame says your lack of integrity disqualifies you. Grace says God’s not done. He’s working in you while you work it out.
Proverbs 10:9 ESV- "Whoever walks in integrity walks securely, but he who makes his ways crooked will be found out."
