From a simple desire to worship... to a beautiful reality.

What began as a vision became a testimony of God's faithfulness. For the very first time, our young teens stood before the church to lead in a special presentation, offering the song "Reckless Love."

Some of them learned to play the Instruments. Some stepped out of their comfort zones to sing. They dedicated their time, effort, and hearts—not for applause, but to glorify the Lord.

This is more than just a performance. It is the fruit of willing hearts, faithful mentors, and God's amazing grace working through the next generation.

May this be only the beginning of many more lives surrendered in worship and service.

The Music Ministry held its Three-Day Re-Echoing Seminar from Friday to Sunday (July 24-26, 2026), focusing on the topic "Unity and Teamwork: Being Part of the Music Team". The gathering emphasized that unity is more important than individual ability because God blesses a team that serves together with one heart. When every member works in harmony, setting aside personal recognition and focusing on God's purpose, the ministry becomes a powerful instrument for His glory.

Another important reminder shared during the seminar was to practice until you become confident, but serve with humility. Excellence in practice honors God, and humility in ministry pleases Him. As members of the Music Ministry, we are called not only to develop our musical skills but also to cultivate Christlike character, remembering that our greatest purpose is to lead others into God's presence through sincere and wholehearted worship.

As the Bible reminds us in Psalm 133:1, “How good and pleasant it is when God's people live together in unity.” The music team is not a group of individuals trying to showcase their talents. It is a ministry united with one purpose—to glorify God and lead people into His presence.

May the lessons from this seminar continue to strengthen our commitment to serve with excellence, humility, and unity, always giving God the honor and glory He alone deserves.

VICTORIOUS FOR HIS GLORY | OVERALL CHAMPION

The South Surigao Sur Section Men’s Ministry Department proudly participated in various activities during the convention and, by God's grace, emerged as the OVERALL CHAMPION!

Our men showcased their God-given talents and skills in several events, including Chess, Dama, Memory Verse, Bible Countdown, Basketball, Battle of the Band, Impromptu, and Solo Singing. Their participation demonstrated unity, dedication, and fellowship.

One of the highlights of the convention was the 1st Place performance in the Battle of the Band, featuring the song “Suot-Suot sa Kasagbutan, Saka-Saka sa Kabukiran,” composed by Rev. Vergilio Pagalan Sr. This song beautifully reflects the heart of the mission—going wherever the Lord leads to reach people for His Kingdom.

Congratulations to the SSS Men’s Ministry Department and to everyone who represented the section! May you continue to use your talents, skills, and passion to serve, inspire, and glorify the Lord.
