𝗠𝗮𝘆 𝟮𝟰 | 𝘗𝘦𝘯𝘵𝘦𝘤𝘰𝘴𝘵 𝘚𝘶𝘯𝘥𝘢𝘺

The Male Teachers of Binmaley Catholic School, Inc. with Ma'am Gladys T. Achuela, CFC Coordinator, piously participated in the Rite of Commissioning and Recommissioning of Liturgical Ministries during the celebration of Pentecost Sunday at the Parish of Our Lady of Purification, Binmaley, Pangasinan.

As commissioned lay ministers, the Male Teachers of BCSI will serve both the school and parish through various liturgical celebrations and activities.

The Solemn Mass was presided over by Rev. Fr. Jim S. Cerezo, Parish Priest and new School Director.

Pentecost Sunday marks a significant day in the Christian liturgical year, celebrated on the 50th day after Easter. It commemorates the descent of the Holy Spirit upon the Apostles and the Blessed Virgin Mary, as described in the Book of Acts.

On this day, we celebrate the coming of the Holy Spirit, who filled the hearts of the disciples with courage, wisdom, and faith, empowering them to spread the Gospel to all nations. Pentecost is often recognized as the birth of the Church, reminding us of God’s abiding presence and guidance in our lives through the Holy Spirit.

Grateful and blessed to have the Male Teachers of Binmaley Catholic School, Inc. participate in the Seminar of Lay Ministers of the Archdiocese of Lingayen-Dagupan held at Mary Help of Christians College Seminary, Bonuan Gueset, Dagupan City.

The seminar was enriched by the inspiring talk of Rev. Fr. Solomon C. Geslani, Jr., reminding everyone of the important role of lay ministers in the life and mission of the Church.

Each one of you has made a mark. Living out what is written and embracing a belief worthy of fostering others through spiritual growth. By walking in 𝙛𝙖𝙞𝙩𝙝, you did more than lead but also cultivated a space where Christ’s light could truly shine. You have planted seeds that will continue to grow long after you, and those roots are living proof that you have embarked on a journey with 𝙥𝙪𝙧𝙥𝙤𝙨𝙚.
