📖 John 15:16
“You did not choose Me, but I chose you.”

Minsan sa buhay, mas nauuna natin piliin ang ibang bagay kaysa kay Lord, sarili, problema, career, kasalanan, o distractions. Pero ang ganda ng grace ni God: kahit madalas tayong lumalayo, Siya faithful pa rin na tawagin tayong anak at hilain tayo pabalik sa Kanya.

Hindi tayo nagsimula sa relasyon na ito dahil mabait tayo o deserving tayo. Kundi dahil pinili tayo ni Jesus kaya nakapagsimula tayo.

Kaya siguro panahon na para iba naman ang maging prayer natin.

Hindi na lang:
“Lord, huwag Mo akong iwan.”
“Lord, samahan Mo ako.”

Kundi:
“Lord, hindi na kita iiwan.”
“Lord, kahit magulo ang buhay, hindi ako lalayo sayo.”
“Lord, kahit anong harapin ko, Ikaw na lagi ang pipiliin ko.”

Because the God who chose you first is worthy to be chosen daily. 🤍

THE GOD WHO SEES ME

Big Idea: Even in our wilderness seasons, God sees us, pursues us, and meets us with grace.

Hindi lahat ng wilderness obvious. Minsan naka-smile ka pa…pero nauubos ka na inside.

At ito ang reminder ni Lord sa atin:

• Delayed does not mean forgotten.
• Hindi ka invisible sa Diyos.
• Grace still finds people in broken places.
• Jesus still moves toward wounded people.

“The angel of the Lord found Hagar…”

‘You are the God who sees me,’ for she said, ‘I have now seen the One who sees me.’”

Sa panahon na tumatakbo si Hagar…Diyos ang unang lumapit.

Reflection Question:Anong area ng buhay mo ang kailangan mong ipagkatiwala ulit kay Lord instead na kontrolin mag-isa?

MATIBAY O MUKHANG MATIBAY LANG?
(Seed of Faith)
A strong family is built on obedience to Christ, and what you build today becomes the foundation of the next generation.

• Darating ang bagyo at doon nare-reveal kung may tibay ang pundasyon ng pamilya
• Hearing is not enough - obedience ang bumubuo ng matibay na buhay
• Hindi values o tradition ang foundation - si Jesus mismo ang Rock
• Every act of obedience today = seed para sa next generation

Reflection:
Ano ang tunay na pundasyon ng pamilya mo ngayon, comfort, control, o si Cristo?

DEVOTION | Ericka 05.03.26

May mga bagay sa buhay na pinaghihirapan nating buuin pangarap, relasyon, pamilya, future. Nag-e-effort tayo, pero minsan hindi pa rin nagwo-work.

Ayon sa sulat ni Apostle Paul sa 1 Corinthians, hindi effort ang issue kundi ang pundasyon.
Malinaw ang sabi: “No one can lay any foundation other than the one already laid, which is Jesus Christ.”

Ibig sabihin, hindi mo kailangan gumawa o humanap ng foundation, binigay na ito at ito ay Si Jesus

Pero hindi doon natatapos. Kung si Jesus ang pundasyon, ikaw naman ang nagtatayo sa ibabaw nito.
At dito nagkakaiba:
pwede kang may tamang foundation pero mali ang pagkabuild.

Kapag minadali, pinilit, o hindi aligned sa kalooban ng Diyos ang decision mo, kahit mukhang maayos sa labas, magiging marupok pa rin.

Simple truth:
👉 Jesus is the foundation. Your life is the building.

Minsan ganito ang nangyayari:
* Nagpe-pray ka for peace pero lumalakad ka outside God’s will
* Humihingi ka ng clarity pero ini-ignore mo ang conviction
* Gusto mo ng favor pero may compromise

Hindi ibinibless ng Diyos ang bagay na hindi Niya itinayo.

Reflection:
Ano ang tinatayo mo ngayon sa ibabaw ng pundasyon ni Cristo?
Aligned ba ang decisions mo sa Kanya, o convenience ang sinusunod mo?

Prayer / Application:
Bumalik kay Jesus.
Mag-realign sa Kanya.
At mag-build ng buhay na may obedience at wisdom.

Kasi kapag tama ang pundasyon at maayos ang build
hindi lang ikaw ang magiging matatag, pati pamilya at future nyo.
