📖 SUNDAY WORD OF GOD RECAP 📖

"The Body in Worship: Postures of a Surrendered Life"
Pastor Arby Jann Benito

Worship is all about God and who He is. And true worship involves our whole being, heart, mind, and body.

📖 "Offer your bodies as a living sacrifice... this is your true and proper worship." -Romans 12:1

🙌 4 PHYSICAL GESTURES OF WORSHIP:

1️⃣ RAISED HANDS - Surrender & Dependence (Psalm 63:4)
2️⃣ CLOSED EYES - Focus & Faith (Psalm 46:10)
3️⃣ OPENED MOUTH - Adoration & Gratitude (Psalm 34:1)
4️⃣ BOWING & KNEELING - Reverence & Submission (Psalm 95:6)

💡 REMEMBER:
The body expresses worship, but the HEART gives it meaning. Our worship is only authentic if it comes from the heart, with a clear mind, and full surrender. (1 Samuel 16:7)

🙏 May our worship never be just outward motion, but a true overflow of a surrendered heart. Amen.

🌿 CLEANING UP OUR LIVES: THE PATH TO PURITY 🌿

True cleansing begins when we allow God’s Word to guide our lives and remain in our hearts.

📖 “How can a young man keep his way pure? By guarding it according to Your word.” — Psalm 119:9

May we continue seeking God wholeheartedly and letting His Word shape our thoughts, choices, and actions.

🙏 “Create in me a clean heart, O God.” — Psalm 51:10

Just like King David, in the middle of trials and waiting, he said: "My soul, wait silently for God alone."

Life isn't always stable, there will be storms, delays, and disappointments. But the same God who was David's Rock is still our Rock today.

When God is enough, we can:

1️⃣ WAIT - on God with Patience, Prayer, and Peace.
2️⃣ WORSHIP - despite the Problem, because of His Presence, with Hope.
3️⃣ WALK - by Faith, with Focus, in Faithfulness.
4️⃣ WITHSTAND - against Fear and Failure, with Confidence.

💬 What season are you in right now, Waiting, Worrying, Walking, or Warfare?
Drop in the comments: WAIT, WORSHIP, WALK, or WITHSTAND! 👇
