Blood Donation Activity

👉🏻 Criteria for Blood Donor Selection:
✔️ 16-65 yo (ages 16-17 with parental consent)
✔️at least 50 kgs/ 110 lbs.
✔️blood pressure: 60-100 mmHg diastolic; 90-160 mmHg systolic
✔️pulse rate: 60-100 beats per min.
✔️Hemoglobin: Female: 125 g/L Male: 135g/L
✔️ Persons with tatoo can donate blood ensuring his/ her ink is a year or more already.
👉🏻 Things to do before Donating Blood:
✔️ Have enough rest and sleep.
✔️ No alcohol intake 24 hours prior to blood donation
✔️ No medication for at least 24 hours prior to blood donation
✔️Eat healthy foods prior to blood donation, avoid fatty foods
✔️Drink plenty of fluids, like water or juice.
✔️ Do not SMOKE CIGARETTE prior to blood donation
