Happy Pentecost Sunday!

Good morning parishioners of Sacred Heart of Jesus Parish, Bayugan City!

Today, we celebrate the outpouring of the Holy Spirit upon the Apostles, the moment that gave birth to the One, Holy, Catholic, and Apostolic Church. As tongues of fire descended upon them, fear was transformed into courage, silence into proclamation, and ordinary disciples became faithful witnesses of Christ to the nations.

Pentecost reminds us that the Church is alive because the Holy Spirit continues to move in the hearts of God’s people. May the same Spirit renew our faith, strengthen our unity, and set our hearts on fire with love, service, and mission.

Come, Holy Spirit! Fill the hearts of Your faithful and kindle in them the fire of Your love.

Alang sa kasayuran sa tanan, adunay Operation Tuli alang sa mga batan-ong lalaki ugmang adlawa, May 16, 2025 sa Fr. De Castro Hall, Sacred Heart of Jesus Parish, Bayugan City.

Magsugod ang moang pagpanuli sa may 8:30 AM. Mahimo lang nga maghatag sa ilang mga pangalan ngadto sa mga kaila nga chapel presidents o GKK officers.

BISITA SA NUESTRA SEÑORA DE REGLA

Good morning parishioners of Sacred Heart of Jesus Parish, Bayugan City!

In reference to the letter from the Nuestra Señora de Regla Parish National Shrine addressed to Most Rev. Ruben C. Labajo, D.D., Bishop of the Diocese of Prosperidad, the image of Nuestra Señora de Regla will visit the dioceses of the Caraga Region, including the Diocese of Prosperidad, from May 16–20, 2026.

We are blessed to announce that our parish will be the first stop of the image on May 16, 2026, with the estimated time of arrival at 3:00 PM followed by a liturgical reception and mass at 4:00 PM.

The image will remain in our parish until May 17, 2026, and will depart at 8:00 AM for San Luis de Gonzaga Parish, San Luis, Agusan del Sur.

May everyone be guided accordingly, and let us offer our prayers for the success and spiritual fruitfulness of these activities.

To all our mothers and mother figures, especially those serving faithfully in our Church. To our dear catechists, lectors, choir members, our youths’ mothers, coordinators, all parish apostolates, and pf course our blessed mother Mama Mary, we honor and thank you for your loving service, unwavering dedication, and generous hearts.

Through the beautiful example and intercession of the Blessed Virgin Mary, may you continue to inspire faith, nurture communities, and lead others closer to Christ through your ministry and care. Your quiet sacrifices and steadfast commitment are a blessing not only to your families, but also to the whole Church.

Today, we celebrate all the women who embody a mother’s love, in the home, in the parish, and in the community. May the Lord bless you abundantly with joy, peace, strength, and overflowing grace.

It’s Sunday again, baka may gustong magpa reflex!

Good News, Parishioners of Sacred Heart of Jesus Parish, Bayugan City!

Because of the positive feedback and heartfelt requests from our reflexology session during the last Alay Kapwa Sunday, we are happy to announce that starting tomorrow, April 12, 2026, we will be offering FREE reflexology sessions every Sunday from 10:00 AM to 3:00 PM.

For those who wish to support, in-kind or cash donations for our reflexologists are warmly welcomed. Your generosity will go a long way in sustaining this ministry.

We look forward to serving you every Sunday. See you there!
