By God’s grace, the BAYA Leadership Training Workshop has successfully come to a close today.

From Day 1 to Day 4, these faithful leaders survived, persevered, and pursued God’s calling—choosing growth, discipline, and obedience over comfort.

Each completer stood firm, allowing themselves to be equipped, refined, and prepared for the challenges and responsibilities of God-centered leadership in 2026. This journey was not just about training, but about transformation—hearts aligned, minds renewed, and hands ready for ministry.

As we move forward, we step into 2026 with leaders who are grounded in truth, guided by Scripture, and driven by a passion to serve God and His people.

To God be all the glory for what He has done and for what He will yet do through these leaders!

BAYA Leadership Training Workshop | Day 1 & Day 2 – Successfully Done 🫡

Two meaningful days of learning, reflection, and transformation! 📖

Through Biblical Leadership teachings and engaging activities, our hearts and minds were opened to what is truly right in the sight of God. Each session challenged us to lead not by position, but by service, humility, and obedience to God’s Word.

Grateful for the lessons learned, the fellowship shared, and the leaders God is shaping among us.
