📢 SOD GENERAL ASSEMBLY 2026

Greetings, SOD!

We are inviting everyone to attend our General Assembly today, June 2, 2026, at 5:00 PM in ADE 132, DTE Building.

This assembly will cover important matters regarding our organization, including:
- Election of Officers
- Reports for the Current Academic Year
- History and Introduction to SOD
- Opportunities to become more involved in the organization

Whether you are a new member or have been with SOD for some time, this gathering is a great opportunity to learn more about the organization, share your ideas, and actively participate in shaping its future.

We look forward to seeing you there! Bring your friends!

𝐏𝐫𝐚𝐲𝐞𝐫 𝐟𝐨𝐫 𝐭𝐡𝐞 𝐏𝐡𝐢𝐥𝐢𝐩𝐩𝐢𝐧𝐞𝐬

Father, we humble ourselves before You on behalf of our nation.
We confess that anger, pride, division, corruption, injustice, and hatred have wounded the land. Guard our hearts from becoming consumed by bitterness or rage.

Turn our grief into holy burden, our frustration into intercession, and our tears into prayers that move heaven. Teach us to stand as a royal priesthood — not reacting in the flesh, but responding in the Spirit. May we carry clean hands, pure hearts, truth without hatred, conviction without cruelty, and courage without pride.

We refuse to partner with hatred, violence, slander, mockery, or hopelessness. Instead, we release mercy, truth, righteousness, justice, repentance, and peace over this nation.

Raise righteous leaders. Expose corruption. Defend the weak. Heal division. Restore integrity. Let Your kingdom come and Your will be done in our land as it is in heaven. May the Church become a light in darkness — not another voice of chaos, but a people marked by holiness, wisdom, compassion, and authority in prayer.

We declare that hatred will not shape our hearts.
Fear will not silence us.
Despair will not overcome us.
The purposes of God for this nation shall stand.

𝐅𝐨𝐫 𝐚 𝐠𝐮𝐢𝐝𝐞𝐝 𝐩𝐞𝐫𝐬𝐨𝐧𝐚𝐥 𝐝𝐞𝐜𝐥𝐚𝐫𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧:

Lord, do not allow political darkness to create spiritual darkness in me. Purify my heart from hatred, superiority, resentment, and hopelessness. Break me before You instead of hardening me against people. Teach me to carry Your heart for this nation — to weep, pray, speak truth, and love without compromise. Make me part of the healing, not another wound in the land.

In Jesus’ name, amen.

Thank you for your mothering heart that sees us, stays with us, and prays for us without letting go.

Thank you for finishing strong. Earning your Master of Ministry from APIIS while faithfully serving this family is no small thing. And then to stand before the graduating class and deliver the valedictory address, you didn't just graduate, you inspired. You showed us that it is never too late, never too busy, and never too hard to keep growing.

You are an inspiration to every one of us.

We celebrate you today and thank God for the gift of your life. Thank you for being a faithful servant, a humble leader, and a vessel of God’s love. Through your life and ministry, many hearts have been encouraged, restored, and drawn closer to Him. Our prayer is that the Lord bless you with good health, renewed strength, and overflowing favor. May He grant the desires of your heart as you continue to walk in His purpose.
