Huge congratulations to Rev. Fr. Melbher Alfante, Rev. Fr. Dioscoro Rasonabe, and our ever-active catechists for receiving the Outstanding Catechetical Mission Award from the Diocese of Maasin!

As we prepare to celebrate our 60th Parish Anniversary, this recognition is a fitting reminder of our mission: to share the faith, form hearts, and above all, make Christ—the Sto. Our Church Canopy Project is steadily taking shape! 🙏

We are grateful to everyone who has generously supported this project. What you see today is a result of the generosity and bayanihan of our parish community.

For generations, Sto. Niño de Plaridel Parish has been more than a church—it has been the heart of our community. Here, families have celebrated life's milestones, found strength in times of trial, and witnessed God's faithfulness through the loving intercession of the Holy Child.

To commemorate our 60th Anniversary in 2027, we are publishing a Commemorative Book—a timeless keepsake featuring our parish's rich history, rare photographs, treasured traditions, ministries, and stories of faith that have shaped our community for over 175 years.
