Soli Deo Gloria for tonight's fellowship 🙌
Topic is on the book of John, chapter 17, verses 25 and 26. “O righteous Father, although the world has not known You, yet I have known You; and these have known that You sent Me; and I have made Your name known to them, and will make it known, so that the love with which You loved Me may be in them, and I in them.”
With us is Ptr. Rex Ivan Loreto. Praising God for raising servants who labored faithfully regardless of the number of hearers. Truly, their labors are not in vain. As Dr. Eric B. Watkins wrote "Work can often be frustrating, whether it is the work of raising children, providing for our families, or serving the church. Thorns and thistles entangle everything we do. In the midst of this frustration, Paul encourages us in 1 Corinthians 15:58, “Your labor is not in vain.” This is a potent and refreshing reminder that no matter how difficult or seemingly meaningless our work appears, it is meaningful to God because it brings Him glory, and for that reason, it is not in vain."
