𝗜𝗡 𝗣𝗛𝗢𝗧𝗢𝗦 | 𝗙𝗟𝗢𝗥𝗘𝗦 𝗗𝗘 𝗠𝗔𝗬𝗢 𝗚𝗥𝗔𝗡𝗗 𝗖𝗨𝗟𝗠𝗜𝗡𝗔𝗧𝗜𝗢𝗡 𝟮𝟬𝟮𝟲

Last May 31, 2026, the Holy Spirit Parish, together with its entire Clusters 1, 2, and 3, joyfully celebrated the 𝗚𝗿𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗖𝘂𝗹𝗺𝗶𝗻𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 𝗼𝗳 𝗙𝗹𝗼𝗿𝗲𝘀 𝗱𝗲 𝗠𝗮𝘆𝗼 𝟮𝟬𝟮𝟲.

The celebration was highlighted by the 𝗦𝗮𝗻𝘁𝗮𝗰𝗿𝘂𝘇𝗮𝗻, a traditional religious procession held in honor of the finding of the Holy Cross by Queen Helena, the mother of Emperor Constantine. More than a beautiful pageant, the Santacruzan reminds us of the triumph of faith, hope, and devotion. It also reflects the Filipino Catholic tradition of honoring the Blessed Virgin Mary during Flores de Mayo, as we are reminded to follow her example of humility, obedience, and love for God.

Above all, we offer our greatest gratitude to Almighty God for blessing us with a wonderful afternoon and evening to celebrate this meaningful event. Despite the gloomy weather, the clear skies came, allowing us to gather in faith, joy, and thanksgiving.

We would like to extend our heartfelt gratitude to our Parish Priest, 𝗥𝗲𝘃. 𝗙𝗿. 𝗗𝗲𝘅𝘁𝗲𝗿 𝗔. 𝗦𝗲𝘀𝗰𝗼𝗻, and our Parochial Vicar, 𝗥𝗲𝘃. 𝗙𝗿. 𝗧𝗲𝗺𝗼𝘁𝗲𝗼 𝗣. 𝗦𝗶𝗲𝗴𝗮 𝗝𝗿., for their guidance and support. Our esteemed gratitude also goes to the 𝗛𝗦𝗣–𝗣𝗮𝗿𝗶𝘀𝗵 𝗣𝗮𝘀𝘁𝗼𝗿𝗮𝗹 𝗖𝗼𝘂𝗻𝗰𝗶𝗹, headed by 𝗘𝗻𝗴𝗿. 𝗘𝗺𝗺𝗮𝗻𝘂𝗲𝗹 𝗟𝗶𝗰𝘂𝗽, and to the 𝗛𝗦𝗣-𝗣𝗣𝗖-𝗣𝗙𝗖 𝗣𝗮𝗿𝗶𝘀𝗵 𝗙𝗶𝗻𝗮𝗻𝗰𝗲 𝗖𝗼𝗺𝗺𝗶𝘁𝘁𝗲𝗲, headed by 𝗗𝗿. 𝗩𝗶𝗹𝗺𝗮 𝗣𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗻𝗱𝗼𝗹.

We are also grateful to all Chapel Presidents and officers from Clusters 1, 2, and 3, to our dedicated Youth Summer Catechists who generously gave their time every afternoon from the beginning until the end of Flores de Mayo, to the religious organizations who joined the celebration, and to the Catholic Youth United for Truth.
