Reports:
a.Election of ECW Deanery Officers last March 12,2023.Mrs.Berthila Songgop was elected as Deanery Secretary.
b.Deanery Regular Meeting of ECW every 2nd Sunday of the month quarterly approved.
c.ECW Diocesan Convention will be on April 14-16,2023.
d.2-3 official delegates(300 registration fee)
visiting delegates(no limit )(100 registration fee)
e.St.John will handle the breakfast(2nd day)
f.5 trays egg and dried fish for contribution
g.Accomodations for the delegates will be handled by the host chapter(St.Paul's Otucan)
h.Firewood c/o the BSA of the host chapter
i.ECW regular contributions such as pasasalamat,annual dues and others should be maintained by the members.
