THE DISCIPLESHIP PROCESS
Our structure and strategy centers around the D12, which stands for “Disciples of 12”. This is based on Jesus’ model of discipleship, and we use it to pursue and accomplish our mission and vision from God. HOW DO WE IMPLEMENT THE D12 STRATEGY? Engage – Reach out with God’s love to family, friends, colleagues, and others who do not know Jesus yet. Evangelize – Share the gospel of Jesus Christ clearly in the power of the Holy Spirit, leaving the results to God. Equip – Disciple people towards spiritual maturity, resulting in spiritual multiplication. Empower – Challenge them to spiritually multiply generation after generation of Christ-committed followers.
