Diocesan Formation of Altar Servers
May 18–19, 2026 | Holy Trinity College Seminary
With grateful hearts, the Diocese celebrates the successful completion of the Diocesan Formation of Altar Servers 2026 at Holy Trinity College Seminary. For two days, young altar servers came together to pray, learn, and spend time with one another. The goal was simple: to help them understand their role at the altar better and to encourage them to serve with respect, care, and joy. This event would not have been possible without the unity and generosity of our parish and diocesan community.
We sincerely thank everyone who helped make this formation happen. To our benefactors and sponsors, thank you for your financial and material support. Because of your kindness, all the needs of the program were met, and every server was able to join without worry. Your help shows your love for the Church and your hope for the future of our young people. We also thank our chaperones and formators for guiding the participants with patience and dedication. You kept the program organized and safe, and more importantly, you showed the servers what it means to serve with faith through your words and actions. To the parents and guardians, thank you for your trust and support. By allowing your sons to take part and by supporting them with prayer and encouragement, you played a key role in their formation and in the life of the Church.
To our altar servers, we hope that what you learned during these two days will bring you closer to the Eucharist and inspire you to serve with humility and joy. May you continue to grow in faith and be good examples in your parishes and communities. We place all the blessings of this formation in the hands of the Lord and pray that He continues to guide and strengthen everyone who serves Him.
"Whatever you do, do it from the heart, as for the Lord and not for people."
