Reliance on God is not a sign of weakness โ€” it is the place where His supernatural strength is revealed. Our own strength is limited, but God's grace is always sufficient.

As Philippians 4:13 declares, "I can do all things through Christ who strengthens me." When we surrender our weakness to Him, He empowers us to live in victory.

The pride of life begins when "I" takes the place that belongs to God. It causes us to rely on ourselves, seek the praise of people, resist correction, and compare ourselves with others. But Scripture reminds us that pride leads to destruction, while humility leads to God's grace.

Jesus showed us the better way โ€” a life of surrender, obedience, and humility. As we follow His example, may we choose to humble ourselves, depend on God, and give Him all the glory, for "God opposes the proud but gives grace to the humble"๐Ÿค
