We celebrate the Queenship of the Blessed Virgin Mary, who is exalted as Queen of Heaven and Earth by Godโ€™s eternal design. Crowned with glory and surrounded by angel choirs, she reigns not with power alone, but with gentleness and boundless mercy. As our Queen and Mother, she leads us faithfully along the path of holiness and draws us ever nearer to her Son, Jesus.

On this Solemnity of the Assumption, we rejoice with Mary as she is welcomed body and soul into heaven. Her Assumption shows us the beauty of Godโ€™s promise of eternal life. She is the first to share fully in the resurrection of her Son, Jesus. As we look to Mary, we are reminded to live with faith, hope, and love. She continues to guide us as our Mother and Queen of Heaven. Let us entrust our lives and our prayers to her today.

Today we celebrate the Feast of St. Clare of Assisi, who left all worldly riches to follow Christ and live a life of humble poverty and boundless love. Her total trust in God teaches us that true joy and lasting treasure are found not in possessions, but in loving God above all else. Like St. Clare, may we fix our eyes on the Lord, walk forward with courage, and serve Him generously in every season of our lives. As we go about our daily duties and upcoming commitments, may her example inspire us to keep faith, live simply, and shine with gentleness and grace.

The Marellian community gathered yesterday morning to attend the 6:00 AM Mass at San Juan Nepomuceno Parish, uniting in faith and devotion as they joined the celebration of Priestโ€™s Day.

With reverence, everyone came together to honor the sacred vocation and dedicated service of priests who guide and nourish the faithful. Through this Holy Sacrifice of the Mass, the Marellians lifted their prayers, asking God to grant the clergy strength, wisdom, and abundant blessings. As the liturgy unfolded, hearts were united in acknowledging the selfless commitment and spiritual leadership priests offer to the people of God. Marellians and Marellian Servant Leaders gathered today to celebrate the Holy Eucharist, sharing moments of joy and gratitude. The Mass was celebrated by Rev. Fr. Alexius Magtibay, OSJ, Provincial Superior, and Rev. Fr. Lervin Tejada, OSJ, School Treasurer, who guided the JMI community in a meaningful celebration of faith and communion.

As this Mass also marked the opening of the annual Intramurals, everyone was reminded that true sportsmanship begins with faith, friendship, and unity. In this special time, we feel Godโ€™s love in our hearts, find comfort in one another, and are reminded of the blessings that guide us every day. His honesty reminds us that questions are not the opposite of faith, but a path that can lead us closer to Truth. Like St. Thomas, may we have the courage to bring our doubts to God and allow Him to meet us where we are.
