On January 24, 2025, Campus Gospel and Light Bringers (CGLB) hosted an inspiring online webinar with the theme "๐“๐ก๐ž ๐–๐จ๐ซ๐-๐Ÿ๐ข๐ฅ๐ฅ๐ž๐ ๐‹๐ข๐Ÿ๐ž: ๐Ž๐ฎ๐ซ ๐†๐ฎ๐ข๐๐ž ๐ญ๐จ ๐’๐ฎ๐œ๐œ๐ž๐ฌ๐ฌ" inviting Pastor Ragen Garing โ€” a missionary pastor from Vietnam, as our guest speaker.

With 60 participants in attendance, the event was filled with enriching moments, including an engaging Bible trivia and an impactful preaching session that reminded us how the Word of God guides and strengthens us on our journey toward true success.

We are so grateful for the powerful insights shared and the meaningful discussions that followed, all centered around how living a Word-filled life transforms our purpose, character, and future. A huge thank you to everyone who joined us and to Pastor Ragen for being such a blessing to us all!

Ephesians 4:30 (KJV)
And grieve not the holy Spirit of God, whereby ye are sealed unto the day of redemption.

We sometimes forget that the Holy Spirit dwells in us and is grieved by our sins. Remember that God is saddened when we choose the world over Him. He cares for us more than we care for ourselves. Therefore, when tempted to sin, remember this verse and consider the Holy Spirit's feelings, regardless of how big or small that sin may be.

He hath made every thing beautiful in his time: also he hath set the world in their heart, so that no man can find out the work that God maketh from the beginning to the end.

We believe there is more to life than what we know and experience. Something far greater than this world awaits, and we long for that day to come. While we wait, we trust in God's perfect timing, knowing He makes all things beautiful in His time. We may not understand how God's plans work, but God has everything perfectly planned from the beginning till the end.

I can of mine own self do nothing: as I hear, I judge: and my judgment is just; because I seek not mine own will, but the will of the Father which hath sent me.

We cannot do anything in our own strength. As Jesus gave all the glory to God the Father, may God be the one glorified in all our works and actions.

How wonderful it is to be like a child before Godโ€”dependent on our Parent and obedient to Their word because of our trust in Them. Like a child who looks up to our Father, amazed by His works and goodness, we hope to become like Him. Let us all pray and strive to live as Christians with childlike faith.

And they continued stedfastly in the apostles' doctrine and fellowship, and in breaking of bread, and in prayers.

Perhaps you are among those who are afraid to talk to others because you are often lost for words or you are afraid of what people might feel with what you ought to say. This may tend to make us avoid people and even our fellow believers. But, the Bible emphasizes the importance of fellowship to grow in our spiritual journey. It can be really difficult but we should always pray that God may help us overcome this fear. Trust in God, even when afraid, because he will never leave nor forsake you.

Ye ask, and receive not, because ye ask amiss, that ye may consume it upon your lusts.

Sometimes we ask God for things that could lead us into danger, and we wonder why He didn't grant our requests. Other times, we ask for things that appear good, but our true intentions don't glorify Him. What are you praying for? God delights in hearing and answering our prayers, but He also knows our hearts and motives.
