With profound sorrow and reverence, we extend our deepest sympathies to our Brothers and Sisters in Christ from JCFC Lipa on the passing of Pastor Rodolfo D. Jalbuna, a true servant of God, a spiritual father, a mentor, and a friend to many.
He lived a life fully surrendered to the will of God, dedicated his every breath to preach the Gospel, shepherding his congregation, and living out the values of Christ in both word and deed.
He was a man of prayer and purpose. Whether he stood behind the pulpit or sat beside a grieving soul, he radiated God’s love. He was never too busy to listen, never too tired to pray, and never too discouraged to believe in miracles. His counsel brought peace, his laughter brought joy, and his presence brought reassurance that God was near. Our Church is one of the fruit of his labor in Christ.
As we grieve this immeasurable loss, we also celebrate the remarkable legacy he leaves behind. Though his voice is now silent, his message echoes in our hearts: to live with purpose, to love without condition, and to trust God at all times.
We take comfort in the words of Revelation 14:13:
“Blessed are the dead who die in the Lord… they will rest from their labor, for their deeds will follow them.”
Indeed, Pastor Rodolfo has entered into his eternal reward. He has fought the good fight, he has finished the race, and he has kept the faith. Now he rests in the arms of our Savior, welcomed with the words: “Well done, good and faithful servant.”
To his beloved family, congregation, and all who were blessed by his ministry may the God of all comfort surround you with peace and strength in the days ahead. May you find joy in remembering the life he lived, and courage in continuing the mission he began.
Pastor Rodolfo may be gone from our sight, but never from our hearts. His life was a light and that light will never be extinguished.
