Prayer Meeting II August 12, 2026

We are grateful to the Lord for the opportunity He has given us as we gathered together to enjoy His presence and spend another meaningful time in prayer. We are also thankful for the calm weather that allowed us to gather peacefully and have a wonderful evening together. It was truly a blessing to be together, share in fellowship, and create moments that reminded us of how good God is.

We are also thankful for the ways the Lord continues to remind us of His goodness in our everyday lives, even through the simplest things. Through our prayer meeting message entitled “Small but Visible,” from Matthew 13:31–33, we were reminded of the parable of the mustard seed and how something small can grow and make a meaningful difference. It reminded us that our small acts of faith, kindness, and obedience are never insignificant in the eyes of God. Every prayer we offer matters because the Lord hears even the quietest prayers of our hearts. Our lives, habits, and even the time we spend in prayer can influence others and bring encouragement to the whole church. As we continue in our walk with God, may we always remember to give our best, knowing that every small step is still a movement forward, and to always include God, trusting that what we do with Him will be guided toward His purpose and success.

Sunday Service II August 09, 2026

What a blessed Sunday it was as we gathered once again in the presence of the Lord! We are thankful to Him for blessing us with another Sunday to praise Him, worship Him, and glorify His name. We also thank Him for the rain that sustained our needs, especially the needs of the plants and the land. Even with the rain, it did not hinder us from coming together and worshiping Him during our Sunday service. It reminded us that whatever the circumstances may be, nothing should stop us from giving time to the Lord and gathering together in His presence.

We are thankful to the Lord for His Word that reminds us every day of His love, goodness, and faithfulness. Our Sunday service message, entitled “The Church That Attracts People to Jesus” from Acts 2:42–47, reminded us of how the church can reflect Christ’s heart to the world through four important things: fellowship, reverent fear, voluntary generosity, and the desire to spend time in worship. Through fellowship, we share our faith, lives, and burdens with one another. Through reverent fear, we respect God’s presence, His Word, and His work. Through voluntary generosity, we willingly share what we have, see the needs of others, and place people above possessions. And through the desire to spend time in worship, we gather consistently, worship joyfully, and praise God publicly. We were also reminded to be mindful of our responsibility and part in the church by coming early and being present during our service. And, we are also encouraged to be respectful and attentive to those who take part in the service, as they have prepared and offered their time to minister. Truly, a church that attracts people to Jesus is a church grounded in love, unity, spiritual maturity, and faithful ministry.

Prayer Meeting II August 5, 2026

We are grateful for another blessed Wednesday night as the Lord once again gave us the opportunity to gather in His presence, share His goodness in our lives, and offer our petitions before Him. We thank God for the privilege of coming together in prayer, knowing that He hears every cry of our hearts and already knows our needs even before we speak them.

Our prayer meeting message entitled Persistence in Prayer, through the parable of the persistent widow in Luke 18, it reminded us to remain faithful and steadfast in prayer. Persistence in prayer is more than simply seeking an answer; it is learning to trust God even when His answer may be “no” rather than “yes.” Like the persistent widow who never gave up, we are encouraged to continually bring our prayers before the Lord. Persistence in prayer shows our faith in God, reveals our true motives and desires, demonstrates our trust in Him, and teaches us to wait patiently for His answer. May we continue to pray without giving up, trusting in His perfect will, timing, and purpose.

Sunday Service II August 2, 2026

As we welcome another month filled with God's grace and faithfulness, our hearts overflow with gratitude for His unending goodness and mercy. We thank the Lord for blessing us with another opportunity to gather in His presence during our Communion Sunday, the first Sunday of the month. As we partook of the bread and the cup, we were reminded of the greatest expression of love ever shown—the sacrifice of Jesus Christ on the cross. Through His broken body and His precious blood, He paid the price for our sins, reconciled us to the Father, and gave us the gift of eternal life. Truly, His steadfast love endures forever, and His faithfulness continues through every season.

Our Sunday message, "The Fullness of God in Christ," centered on Colossians 1:21–22, reminded us that Christ is the perfect image of God in His character, holiness, and authority. We learned three powerful truths: The fullness of God in Christ leads us to the cross, where through His blood He reconciled us to God and brought peace to all (Colossians 1:20); The fullness of God in Christ made us one, uniting us in Him; and The fullness of God in Christ made us a new creation, sanctifying us and making us holy before God. As concluded in Colossians 1:22–23, may we continue to stand firm in our faith, remain grounded in the hope of the Gospel, and faithfully walk in the new life that Christ has given us. All glory belongs to God alone!

Sunday Service II July 26, 2026

Grateful hearts gathered once again in the presence of the Lord as He blessed us with another wonderful Sunday Service. We thank God for the gift of another day to come together as one church family and experiencing His unfailing love and faithfulness. Every moment spent in His presence reminds us of His goodness, strengthens our faith, and renews our hearts to continue walking according to His perfect will. Truly, we are thankful for the opportunity to seek Him, honor Him, and be refreshed by His Word.

Our Sunday message, "Listen to Me," reminded us that God desires more than our ability to hear His voice—He desires hearts that truly listen and obey. Anchored in Proverbs 4:1–2, Psalm 34:11, and Luke 6:46–49, we learned that hearing is simply the passive perception of sound, while listening is an active response that involves understanding, accepting, and applying God's Word in our lives. We were encouraged to recognize the importance of listening because it deepens our understanding, strengthens communication, builds trust in our relationship with God, and gives us confidence to walk in His ways. The message highlighted three important truths: first, listening to God gains wisdom (Proverbs 4:1–2); second, listening to God opens our hearts to Him (Revelation 3:20); and third, listening to God leads us to obey His Word (James 1:22). As concluded in John 14:15, our love for Christ is best demonstrated through our obedience: "If you love Me, keep My commandments." May we continue to be believers who not only hear God's voice but truly listen and faithfully live out His Word every day

Prayer Meeting II July 22, 2026

Last night's prayer meeting was another beautiful reminder of God's unfailing presence in our lives. We are grateful to the Lord for allowing us to gather in His presence, lifting our hearts together in worship and prayer. It was a precious time to testify of His goodness and faithfulness in every season, and we remain committed to continually bringing our prayers and petitions before Him, trusting that He hears and answers according to His perfect will.

Our message, "Standing on the Goodness of God," was anchored in Psalm 34:8: "Taste and see that the Lord is good; blessed is the one who takes refuge in Him." We were reminded that goodness is one of God's unchanging attributes. We do not declare "God is good" only during favorable moments but also in the midst of life's greatest trials. In every circumstance and every season, we are called to acknowledge His goodness, even when His blessings sometimes go unnoticed. As our pastor shared, when we say "God is good," we are first expressing our faith and gratitude for His works, and second, proclaiming that His nature never changes even when our circumstances become painful. This is an invitation to personally experience His goodness by drawing near to Him in faith, for the Lord desires an intimate relationship with us. He fills our hearts with hope, reminding us that He is strong, faithful, and good, and that His plans for us are also good. May we continue to trust His promises and, above all, stand firmly on the goodness of God.
