In todayโs Gospel, Jesus asks His disciples, โ๐๐๐ ๐๐ต๐ผ ๐ฑ๐ผ ๐๐ผ๐ ๐๐ฎ๐ ๐๐ต๐ฎ๐ ๐ ๐ฎ๐บ?โ Peter recognizes Jesus as the Christ, the Son of the living God. Yet Jesus reminds him that this knowledge is not simply something learned, it is a grace revealed by the Father.
Fr. Jojo reminds us that faith is a gift from above, but a gift that we are called to nurture.
Three reminders from his homily:

Let us not focus only on what we already know. We are called to open our eyes and hearts to know God more deeply.

Faith begins with Godโs grace. Let us continually ask Him to help us recognize, understand, and know Him more.

God is King and Lord of all, and His power is always for the good of all. We cannot truly know Him if we remain proud.
May we never take the gift of faith for granted. May we continue to cultivate it, care for it, and deepen it until knowing about God becomes truly knowing Him in our hearts and in our lives. ๐๐ค
