๐ธโจ Flores de Mayo Culmination | May 29, 2026โจ๐ธ
As we bring this year's Flores de Mayo to a close at San Isidro Labrador Parish, our hearts are filled with gratitude for a month of prayer, devotion, and meaningful encounters with God through the loving guidance of our Blessed Mother.
Throughout this Marian month, we gathered not only to offer flowers but also to offer ourselvesโour hopes, dreams, struggles, and thanksgiving. Every petal laid before Mary became a silent prayer, a reminder that faith continues to grow when it is nurtured with love, sacrifice, and trust in God's will.
Looking back, Flores de Mayo was more than a tradition; it was a journey. It taught us to pause amid life's distractions, to reflect on Mary's virtues, and to imitate her unwavering "yes" to God. Through her example, we are reminded that true strength is found in humility, true peace is found in surrender, and true joy is found in serving others with love.
As the celebrations end and the flowers gradually fade, may the seeds of faith planted in our hearts continue to flourish. May we carry with us the lessons we have learned, the friendships we have built, and the prayers we have shared. Let this culmination not be the end of our devotion, but the beginning of a deeper commitment to live as faithful disciples of Christ.
To all the participants, families, volunteers, catechists, youth, and parishioners who made this celebration possible, thank you for being part of this beautiful expression of faith and community. May the Blessed Virgin Mary continue to intercede for us, guide us in our journey, and lead us ever closer to her Son.
Ave Maria! ๐ค๐ท
"Like the flowers we offered, may our faith continue to bloom wherever God plants us."
