"DISCIPLINE ME, LORD — NOT TO BREAK ME, BUT TO BUILD ME."

Correction doesn't feel good in the moment. It stings. It humbles. Sometimes it embarrasses us.

But every parent who loves their child corrects them — not to punish, but to protect their future.

God's discipline is the same. It is proof that we belong to Him.

"No discipline seems pleasant at the time, but painful. Later on, however, it produces a harvest of righteousness and peace for those who have been trained by it." — Hebrews 12:11

Don't run from His correction. Run toward it. It's love in disguise.

"LORD, I CAN'T CARRY THIS ANYMORE."

Some days the weight feels too heavy to hold. The bills. The waiting. The silence when you prayed and heaven felt far.

But you were never meant to carry it alone.

He is not asking you to be strong today. He is asking you to let go.

"Cast all your anxiety on him because he cares for you." — 1 Peter 5:7

If you're tired today, this is your reminder: bring it to Him. All of it.

🧵 UNBREAKABLE: TIED. TESTED. TOGETHER. 🧵
To God be all the glory — what an amazing day it was! 💛🙏

Our theme today was drawn straight from Scripture: "Though one may be overpowered, two can defend themselves. A cord of three strands is not quickly broken" (Ecclesiastes 4:12). That's UNBREAKABLE — not standing alone, but tied together, with Christ as the third strand.

26 young leaders came together for a day of games, challenges, real talk, and real friendship, all under the goodness of God. From trust falls to blind walks to tower relays, our youth learned firsthand that some things are stronger built together than alone.

Three powerful messages carried the day, each one pointing back to Him:

🧵 The Cord of Three Strands — friendship and faith are good, but it's Christ who makes a life truly unbreakable.

⚙️ Iron Sharpens Iron — a true friend sharpens you to become more like Him.

✝️ Greater Love — the story of Jesus Christ Himself, who laid down His life for His friends. "Greater love has no one than this: to lay down one's life for one's friends" (John 15:13). The ultimate example of unbreakable love, given to every young person in that room today.

PMSg Chleofe Mendoza of the Barbaza Municipal Police Station together with PSSg Elemar Painaga, closed out the program with a powerful closing message and a song about Jesus — a beautiful reminder that our youth are never walking this journey alone. The Barangay, the Police, and the Church stand with them, because God has placed them in our care.

To every young person who showed up today — thank you for trusting the process, tying the knot, and coming out unbreakable, in Christ. 🤝

📢 UNBREAKABLE: EVENT POSTPONEMENT NOTICE 📢

For everyone's safety, UNBREAKABLE YOUNG LEADERS SUMMIT (Tied. Tested. Together.), originally scheduled for July 11, 2026 at the Barbaza Evacuation Center, is now POSTPONED.

PAGASA has issued a heavy rainfall warning for Antique due to Super Typhoon Inday, with intense rain expected July 9–10. Rather than risk our young people's safety on the road or at the venue, we're moving this to a later date.

NEW DATE IS JULY 18, 2026, SATURDAY, 8AM

Please stay safe, Barbaza — secure your homes, prepare a go-bag, and keep monitoring official PAGASA updates over the next few days.

LIFE Church is extending a God Bless You congratulations to Himakas Barbaza Savings Group, for winning 2nd Runner Up at the ICM Pitch for Hope 2026, Base Level! 🏆🐣

Bro. Felix Pedojan, the Savings Group President, presented their product Happy Eggs on behalf of the group at the ICM Office in Kalibo, Aklan — competing against Savings Groups from across the region, all bringing their strongest proposals to the table.

This achievement is no small thing. From Branch Level in Antique all the way to Base Level in Kalibo, Himakas Barbaza has proven, once again, that God can take something as simple as a small business idea and turn it into a testimony.

And this isn't a one-time story. Look at what God has done, year after year:
