God doesn't ask us for grand, boastful gestures. 𝐻𝑒 𝓈𝒾𝓂𝓅𝓁𝓎 𝒶𝓈𝓀𝓈 𝒻𝑜𝓇 𝒿𝓊𝓈𝓉𝒾𝒸𝑒, 𝓂𝑒𝓇𝒸𝓎, 𝒶𝓃𝒹 𝒶 𝓆𝓊𝒾𝑒𝓉, 𝒽𝓊𝓂𝒷𝓁𝑒 𝓌𝒶𝓁𝓀 𝒷𝑒𝓈𝒾𝒹𝑒 𝐻𝒾𝓂. How can you show someone unexpected mercy today?

𝑭𝑩𝑪 𝑩𝒂𝒏𝒂𝒕𝒆 𝑽𝒆𝒓𝒔𝒆 𝒐𝒇 𝒕𝒉𝒆 𝑫𝒂𝒚
𝐒𝐮𝐫𝐫𝐞𝐧𝐝𝐞𝐫𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐭𝐨 𝐆𝐨𝐝'𝐬 𝐦𝐢𝐠𝐡𝐭𝐲 𝐡𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐫𝐞𝐪𝐮𝐢𝐫𝐞𝐬 𝐝𝐞𝐞𝐩 𝐭𝐫𝐮𝐬𝐭. When we stop trying to control every outcome, we allow Him to position us where we belong. 𝗥𝗲𝘀𝘁 𝘂𝗻𝗱𝗲𝗿 𝗛𝗶𝘀 𝘀𝘁𝗿𝗲𝗻𝗴𝘁𝗵 𝘁𝗼𝗱𝗮𝘆.

Humility isn't an occasional action; it's our daily wardrobe. 𝚆𝚎𝚊𝚛𝚒𝚗𝚐 𝚑𝚞𝚖𝚒𝚕𝚒𝚝𝚢 𝚖𝚎𝚊𝚗𝚜 𝚊𝚙𝚙𝚛𝚘𝚊𝚌𝚑𝚒𝚗𝚐 𝚎𝚟𝚎𝚛𝚢𝚘𝚗𝚎 𝚠𝚎 𝚖𝚎𝚎𝚝 𝚠𝚒𝚝𝚑 𝚐𝚎𝚗𝚝𝚕𝚎𝚗𝚎𝚜𝚜 𝚊𝚗𝚍 𝚙𝚊𝚝𝚒𝚎𝚗𝚌𝚎. 𝙋𝙪𝙩 𝙤𝙣 𝙝𝙪𝙢𝙞𝙡𝙞𝙩𝙮 𝙩𝙤𝙙𝙖𝙮 𝙡𝙞𝙠𝙚 𝙖 𝙘𝙤𝙖𝙩 𝙩𝙝𝙖𝙩 𝙠𝙚𝙚𝙥𝙨 𝙥𝙧𝙞𝙙𝙚 𝙤𝙪𝙩.

Likewise, ye younger, submit yourselves unto the elder. Yea, all of you be subject one to another, and be clothed with humility: for God resisteth the proud, and giveth grace to the humble.

ᴡᴇ ᴏꜰᴛᴇɴ ꜱᴘᴇɴᴅ ꜱᴏ ᴍᴜᴄʜ ᴇɴᴇʀɢʏ ᴛʀʏɪɴɢ ᴛᴏ ᴘʀᴏᴍᴏᴛᴇ ᴏʀ ᴘʀᴏᴛᴇᴄᴛ ᴏᴜʀꜱᴇʟᴠᴇꜱ. But true exaltation comes when we lay down our ego at the feet of Jesus. 𝓛𝓮𝓽 𝓖𝓸𝓭 𝓵𝓲𝓯𝓽 𝔂𝓸𝓾 𝓾𝓹 𝓲𝓷 𝓗𝓲𝓼 𝓹𝓮𝓻𝓯𝓮𝓬𝓽 𝓽𝓲𝓶𝓲𝓷𝓰— 𝗛𝗲 𝗸𝗻𝗼𝘄𝘀 𝘄𝗵𝗲𝗻 𝘆𝗼𝘂'𝗿𝗲 𝗿𝗲𝗮𝗱𝘆.
