Yesterday, we wrapped up our 3-week Serving Team Bootcamp. π€
Thankful for the time we got to slow down, learn together, and hear different stories from the people serving across our ministries. It was refreshing to step back from the usual routines and be reminded again why we serve in the first place.
To our ushering team, thank you for helping people feel welcomed and comfortable the moment they walk in.
To our music team, thank you for faithfully leading people into worship week after week.
To our admin support team, thank you for faithfully carrying the details and stewarding our events and databases so well.
To our prayer team, thank you for constantly covering people and our church in prayer.
To our production design team, thank you for using your creativity to communicate truth and bring ideas to life.
To our tech team, thank you for your consistency and excellence behind the scenes.
To our kids church teachers, thank you for loving and discipling the next generation with patience and joy.
To our comms team, thank you for helping tell stories, share vision, and keep people connected to what God is doing.
This bootcamp was a good reminder that serving is never just about tasks or schedules.
At the end of the day, itβs about people, discipleship, and building Godβs house together.
Very thankful to God for this community of serve teams who keep showing up with faithfulness and a genuine desire to serve God and people well.
