Today, we joyfully honor the Queenship of the Blessed Virgin Mary, our loving Mother and Queen of Heaven and Earth. This beautiful celebration reminds us of Maryโs unique role in Godโs plan of salvation and her unwavering devotion to her Son, our Lord Jesus Christ.
Maryโs queenship is not a crown of worldly power or authority, but a crown of humility, love, faith, and service. From the moment she said โyesโ to God, Mary entrusted herself completely to His will. She carried Jesus in her womb, cared for Him with a motherโs tender love, stood faithfully at the foot of the Cross, and remained a devoted disciple throughout her life.
As Queen, Mary continues to point us not toward herself, but toward Christ, the King. Her life teaches us to trust God even when His plans are difficult to understand, to remain faithful in times of suffering, and to serve others with a generous and humble heart.
Hail Holy Queen (Salve Regina)
Hail, Holy Queen, Mother of Mercy,
our life, our sweetness, and our hope.
To thee do we cry, poor banished children of Eve;
to thee do we send up our sighs,
mourning and weeping in this valley of tears.
Turn then, most gracious Advocate,
thine eyes of mercy toward us;
and after this our exile,
show unto us the blessed fruit of thy womb, Jesus.
O clement, O loving, O sweet Virgin Mary.

โ. That we may be made worthy of the promises of Christ.
Let Us Pray
O God, whose only-begotten Son, by His life, death, and resurrection, has purchased for us the rewards of eternal life; grant, we beseech Thee, that by meditating upon these mysteries of the Most Holy Rosary of the Blessed Virgin Mary, we may imitate what they contain and obtain what they promise, through the same Christ our Lord. Amen.
